depending on the type of lock and the tools the tech will use to unlock it with no damage.
  
Tech always explain all prices and will wait for the customer permission to preform the Job.  He will also sign an invoice !!

Please send us an invoice number or a copy of the invoice so we can review it. Also all our calls are recorded and we never give a price over the phone only starting price . The tech will give you the price after he will be at the location and will always look for the easy way to get you inside with...

no damage to the lock or door .  Tech will Always explain the total price and only after you will agree and sign the invoice he will start the job! After our team will review this case we will response in more details .

We send a tech over and he cut a new key that works on door and ignition lock . He couldn't program the key to start the car only because an electric problem in the car that need to be fixed by mechanic! Only after he will be able to program the new key!
Tech charged only for making the key...

not include the programming. If they will fix the problem we can send a tech over to program the new key.

The worst company ever. My son made the mistake of calling them. Overcharged for services and did not know what he was doing. Should be sued put out of business.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was NOT called before my card was charged. If I would have known, I would not have agreed to that price. Also, the dispatcher called me on her personal phone, not the recorded line. If they are stating they have recordings of me agreeing to that price, I would like to hear it. 
I have also NEVER received an invoice. I was promised one several times and gave the company 3 separate emails, but have yet to receive anything.

We have a call recorded of you calling and ask for prices. The dispatch explain you that the total prices will be given only by our tech . You agree and gave your card info . The tech called you and wait more than half an hour to your permission . After 20 calls the dispatch called from another line and told you the total price , only and only after you agree  run your cc we asked the tech to unlock it. . 
I will be more than happy to give a 3 party to hear our recorded calls!

The first tech had to leave to another job and our costumer service rep send another tech ASAP to complete the job with no damage and charged a lot less! 
Reg price $179 turn to $100.00 only!
job complete in no time ! 
Same company different tech ! 
Our team trying to be give the best costumer service ( lady on the phone did apology and dispatch another tech ASAP . Tech came ASAP and pick the lock in no time with mo damage !
