As seen on the invoice you will find the breakdown , the customer info such as name , address and his signature !
We never ever can give a price over the phone Only the tech when will be by the car after he will see the type of the lock and the tools he will use to unlock it with no damage can give the price !
All our calls are recorded
You can call our office number any time to test us and to see if we give flat prices over the phone !
Our tech came to help ASAP gave the price and explanation on the lockout include total price after the customer agree our tech unlock the car !

We Called today for someone to come to Red Lobster because my wife locked the keys in the car with her auntAfter calls and texting the "technician" the address, his GPS took him mins away from our locationAn hour and mins later, another technician was sent outWhen he arrived he pulled out his blood pressure style cushion & gave us a paper to sign$is what he tried to chargeSupposedly a $service charge and a minimum of $for fees is what we were quotedAfter we told him we weren't paying we settled at $These ppl are Crooks & need to be ran out of SA

On the phone I was quoted a dollar trip charge, and laber starting at dollarsThe locksmith arrived and told me that due to the complexity of my lock, the charge would be dollarsI agreed to the charge, and the technician proceeded to open the door in minutes with the bump key method (look it up on youtube)Final price: dollarsTime onsite: less than minuteAssuming travel time, I was charged roughly dollars per hourKeep looking

I am rejecting this response because: they do not have any recording of me agreeing to pay $160.00, as they stateI agreed to the BASE FEE, but not to the additional amountIf they have this recorded, I would like to request again to hear it
I called their line initially, yes, but from then on all calls were from the dispatcher's cell phoneOnly AFTER they ran my card did they tell me the amount, and that was only when I TEXTED the dispatcher and asked the total priceIf they would like to dispute this, I can request my text message log from this time frameI would not have texted anyone asking the total cost if I was told verballyWhen I received a response with the cost of $160.00, I immediately called the dispatcher againShe said she didn't know why they would have charged me that much, but it was all up to the technician
I would also like to point out I STILL have not received a copy of this invoiceThere was not one left when I returned to my vehicle and I never received one via email like they're claiming either

We can't give a flat price over the phone for a New car key we gave you the basic price ( all our calls are recorded ) $service call and $for the new key PLUS ADD LABOR ! Only when tech will be there he will let you know the total price up front We also have an invoice with customer
info and signature on total price !

Our tech had to leave the place ASAP for an emergency call with a baby lockout inside a car We send another tech over and he complete the job ( pick the lock with no damage) he wrote an invoice on $only !

What the complain about?????
$it's the service call only ( trip charge )Do you really think a key for dodge avenger will cost $???
on our call records we explain that the price for a new key start $ plus service call plus labor to cut and program the new
key Also tech on side explain all prices and the process of making and programming the new key He also write an invoice with the breakdown and total price with the costumer signature .
Do you think we will send a tech to your location , will cut you a key and will program it for $?
on the dodge keys like all new car keys prices start at $and up !

Don't ever call this number to get your door unlocked They tell you the fee to unlock your car is for the locksmith to go to your location, and to unlock your doorWhen he arrived the locksmith stated that if he used a slim jim to open up my Toyota Tacoma there was a possibility for damage that would cost three to four grand to fix He said he would have to use another tool but the cost would be This is after he asked for information pertaining to my insurance company Once he found out what company covered me, he said they would reimburse me, so not to worry, but the cost ballooned from to I called my insurance (USAA) and they covered me under my roadside assistance coverage but they said their affiliated locksmith's do not charge more than I called the company and asked for quotes if the locksmith had to use different tools, and they had no clueDoes the locksmith make his own quotes or does the business make policies, and have the prices in writing Take it from experience, DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE TO UNLOCK YOUR CAR!

This is my first and last time to use this companyI called in advance to get an estimate for the work to get my vehicle openedThe quote was $for a trip charge and estimated $to open the door, depending on the vehicleTech showed up and immediately asked for $for work that ended up taking secondsThe tech did reduce the fee to $but only after refusing to allow him to provide service and send him away with only the $trip charge
I tried to call the company back to ask about the high cost and what seemed to be the owner was extremely rude and simply stated I was paying that cost for the tripEven though $was the "trip charge"

this response because:  the representative did not indicate an emergent case, the representative offered to return but stated that he would charge another $14.00 fee to return and give back the change that is owed; a SAPD police report was filed with the non-emergency department for non-harmful theft;  the representative was rude in his responses, the representative took the $20.00 bill in funds without providing the $6.00 in change and made an assumption that it was a "tip" when it was not indicated as a tip.  The second call was placed by the other co-owner of the office and she did not know she was calling the same company that was previously called with poor customer service.  The companies response was poor and customer service skills were poor.  The second representative was better as his customer service, but did not make-up for the first impression of the first representative that arrived on-site.  This company will not be recommended by our office and we will indicate our experiences as such.

We charge $10.00 for the service call ( trip charge ) and $20.00 and UP depending on the grade security of the lock . Only when tech will be there he will let you know the total price to unlock it with ok damage ! 
All our calls are recorded and that's what we explain over the phone ....

Tech was there ( [redacted]) in 25 min , explain the total price wrote and invoice with customer info and signature and only than unlock the door with no damage!

I called to get a quote on a lock out for my car. The woman I spoke with said they charge $10 to come out and start at $20 to open your car. I said I was just getting quotes from different companies first and that I may call back. She did not fail to mention that they were the "cheapest".
After I got other quotes I felt like they had the cheapest starting rate so I decided to go with them. Once the same woman came to open my car, she took one look at it and said $85. I looked at her in shock and she said, I know I told tou $20 over the phone but this is a Honda and they are harder to get into. I told her that would be too expensive for me and she said $70 would be the lowest she could go.
I agreed. She got my car open and I was on my way. Once I got home I realized she had ripped the strip on the rubber part along the window. It wasn't to major, but I'd rather there not be a piece of rubber hanging out of the door.
I called to express my complaint to the manager, I guess, because that's who I asked for. I said I felt like I could have been given a better quote over the phone had they asked for the make and model of my car since all she did was look at my car for 5 seconds and said $85. He assured me that all companies do it that way, simply look at the car for a quote and said that I could have said no. He asked if there was any damage, I said yes. He asked to send a picture and I did. He said that their tools couldn't have done that someone else must have.

Please send me an invoice copy or an invoice # so I can review it and make sure she/ he used our services and not other company
