I apologize for being blunt, but this customer's response simply makes no senseWe have already provided a screenshot of the checkout page that clearly discloses the terms of the offerTo state that she did not understand because of a mental illness and thoughts of suicide around the time of her wedding simply isn't relevantIt is impossible for us to so called "target" individual with mental illness as we have no idea who sees our online ads.

I am rejecting this response because: The information in the add does not clearly say that a customer has to cancel prior to the day trial completion in order not to receive any more of their products. The company didn't offer me anything except a chance to cancel the so-called subscription. Besides, how efficient is it to offer a product for days, and expect a cancellation within that time frame, which doesn't give the customer much time to try the product, or make a well thought out decision about the product. This add is very misleading. I do believe I am entitled to a refund of $49.90. I did not authorize a debit from my checking account. What would that company have done if I paid for the S&H with a gift card?????

Revdex.com! you need to call this business that I have a complaint with! I called again today, because I am getting charged for a day supply of anxiety supplements, and did not recieve yet! It was a woman that answered the phone she started listening to me, then rudely cut me off and did not say when I would recieve my bottle of supplements! All I was asking if I could send them back, cause they didn't work for me, it does say money back guarantee, and no strings attached!! When I said that, she hung up om me!! I am a very dissatisfied customer!!! And I want my money back! $49.90! They don't even try to give you the benefit of the doubtYou need to contact them, because they won't talk to me!! Their tole free number is either busy or it will ring once, click, then a busy signal again! How convenient to give an optional number with their responseI've been on several of their web pages and they only give the bogus tole free number plus I attempted two times to email them through their so-called support website which results in a response of "URL non existent" with each attemptI feel this company makes it next to impossible to cancel so they can suck $39.00/month from unsuspecting customers.

I was a few days late phoning them to cancel, I guess They are still a very UGLY and nasty bunch! And with that attitude they will put themselves out of business without my help!

I wanted to try out the "free trial" product to see if it helped with my anxietyThe day that the trial bottle of pills arrived, I took one and realized that it did not agree with me at ALL!! I called the company the same day, only to find out that they had shipped another bottle shortly after the first, and that I WAS FORCED TO PAY THE $for a second bottle, which I had tried to cancelTheir policy states that they ship the first bottle within days, which I don't believe they did, or I would have received it in time to cancel the second bottle that I decided I didn't wantThey were short with me, telling me that I had agreed to their policy and although I returned the second bottle would not be getting a refundI believe that this company is getting a lot of their business by shipping out another bottle shortly after the "free trial" so that the buyer doesn't have a chance to try the product before they are forced to pay the $for a second bottle of their productMy doctor advised me NOT to take this supplement for anxiety because of medications I am already taking, so it has been a total waste for meThe company is not the least bit caring or willing to help with the issueI expect this is because most of their profit comes from getting people to 'try' the free amount and shipping the second bottle immediately after the first, assuring that they are paid the amount to cover the cost of both bottles

This customer's complaint does not make much sense, so I am at a loss as to how to respond. First, the customer states that a nutritionist, naturopath, and physician recommended the ingredients in the product (which are rigorously tested by our lab to GMP standards.) However, the customer then...

accuses us very vaguely of "fraud." The customer then states that she knowingly signed up to have the product delivered monthly and was aware of the terms and conditions excluding returns. The first segment of her complaint contradicts everything that follows. By the customer's own admission the terms were clearly understood.The customer complains that we received product due to a residence move, but we have not received any product from her account. It is true that the customer called us in January of 2015 stating that she did not receive the most recent shipment. We took the customer's word despite the lack of any supporting documentation and shipped the customer a new bottle to an updated address. We did not hear from the customer after taking such action. Nearly 9 months later, the customer re-appears demanding a refund of 3 bottles (even though she earlier stated that she understood that we do not accept returns.)The customer's main complaint seems to be she feels entitled to special treatment due to a "disability" and an "abusive" relationship. While we are sorry to hear of any personal hardships, we do not grant preferential treatment to any individuals based on race, gender, religion, disability, or any other protected class. To do so is not only illegal but morally reprehensible. To reiterate, we will not grant preferential treatment to any customer based on a protected class, a self-diagnosed "disability," or a self-characterized "abusive relationship."This entire complaint reads far more as a cry for help to a therapist who is not emotionally attentive enough for patient's desires, then it does a logical argument from a customer to a business.Because this situation occurred almost 9 months ago, received prompt attention despite a lack of documentation, and is still entirely undocumented, we must decline this customer's request for a refund.We would like to encourage this customer to move on with her life, take accountability for her actions, appreciate the immediate attention we showed to the situation when it first occurred, and direct her attention to matters in her life that were not previously resolved over 9 months ago.

We specifically state that the trial begins with the date of order rather than date of receipt as delivery times vary nation wide and world wide. There is no other way to standardize the program, logically.
To further address this customer's red herring accusation that the product is advertised as achieving optimal effectiveness in 90-120 days, that is true. We offer the trial period for customers to try the product risk free to see if they do feel any effects within 14 days. Peak effectiveness is almost always a delayed response as it takes time for any herbal or medication to build up in one's system.
In much the same way a gym may offer a free two week membership, a client cannot expect to achieve the same results in 14 days of diet and exercise as 120 days. This is only logical and to present the product in any other way would be misleading.
This customer has already been advised that there may be severe legal consequences to knowingly filing a fraudulent or baseless dispute. This correspondence will serve as further written record that the customer was advised of all terms clearly and conspicuously and filed a fraudulent dispute knowingly.
This correspondence will also be forwarded to this customer's financial institution for reversal and assessment of fines, penalties, and interest.

This customer did not contact us to cancel her subscription until significantly after her trial had elapsed, and the next order shipped. As such we cannot offer this customer a refund.

First of all, the customer acknowledges that she ordered a monthly subscription back on February 7th, 2014. She has been receiving the product every month since...

that time without complaint or contact to us.
 
Suddenly, on May 6th, the customer decided she was no longer happy with the product and wanted a refund for all of her purchases.
 
The terms and conditions are very clear that we do not accept returns after the trial period has expired. I have copied them again below. This customer is significantly outside the trial period (almost 3 months.) To state that she works for a corporation that grants customers a 6 month refund window with no restrictions, does not apply to the terms and conditions she agreed to prior to the purchase of our product. (It also makes very little sense from a business standpoint never to hold a customer accountable for their purchases.)
 
I have listened to both recorded phone calls with this customer, and each of our representatives offered to walk her through the website to explain the numerous ways in which we make the product presentation and return policy very clear. Each time she refused because, "it is not good customer service. Customers do not want to hear about terms."
 
We made every effort to point the customer toward the facts of this circumstance, but we were met with a simple refusal to acknowledge them.
 
Unfortunately this refusal to view the situation rationally, puts our company at an impasse with this customer.

I am rejecting this response because:  It is incredibly difficult to cancel the order when you're on hold for 30 minutes and then you get hung up on.

This customer was on hold for less than 2 minutes even though the customer contacted us significantly outside posted business hours of 9AM - 5PM EST. The customer called at 8:39PM EST and still received prompt service.
 
The cancellation was processed the same day as requested. We also offer 24/7 email support should any customers find a hold time of 2 minutes or less to be an impediment. 
 
As such, we cannot grant this customer's request for a refund.
