waiting for two books class starts in two days and I bought these books weeks ago...
on marketplace it says my order has been shipped but no tracking # and it has been weeks and my class starts in two days... Very disappointed with how long this is taking not sure what I'm supposed to do now! Would like to know where my books are and when they'd be here...

I am rejecting this response because: There is not one place on their site that states "we do not accept access card returns", and it is absolutely clear to them that I have not received it in the mail yet, so it is obvious the code has not been used

I am rejecting this response because: Pages were falling out of the bookThis is a true statement They said they would replace it as per their email Why would they give me a partial refund in something I paid full price forGive me back the full price plus the amount it cost me to send it to you as per your emailNow that they have my book, all the cards are in their hand I don't accept a partial refund Give me a new book,and the money it took to send the broken one to you as per your email this is thievery

I am rejecting this response because:The product that I ordered is described on the seller's website as "Elementary Vietnamese, Third Edition: Moi ban noi tieng VietLet's Speak Vietnamese(MPAudio CD Included)." The seller sent me the book entitled "Elementary Vietnamese, Third Edition: Moi ban noi tieng VietLet's Speak Vietnamese" but the MPAudio CD was not included.This seems simple to me: "MPAudio CD Included" is not the same as "MPAudio CD Not Included" nor is it the same as "MPAudio DVD Included." I only paid for "MPAudio CD Included" but the seller sent me something that is not the sameThat is not my fault, but it is the seller's fault.This is either mistaken advertising or intentionally advertisingAgain, either way it's the seller's faultIf the seller would like to avoid this cost in the future, the seller should check the product before sending itIt is not my job to make sure the seller sends the correct product
I pay them to do that and they haven't done that this timeNow they have to pay to fix the problem that they created

I am rejecting this response because this is a tactic that they have been using with me, and now with youThey respond in this way so that their internet trail reflects that the responsibility rests in the hands of the post office, and they are not showing any details about their request to the post office, i.etracking number or details about USPS responses to themBefore I filed my complaint to Amazon and to you at the Revdex.com, I searched online to see if there were other people who were unhappy with this companyOn one website, pissedconsumer.com, there were people who had the same experience that I hadI believe that Indoo.com is an unethical business and is keeping up appearances of legitimacy by responding as it hasNearly seven months since the order and non-receipt of my book, I am still without my book or my refundI think they are crooks

On October 29, 2018, I ordered the following book: _Mapping Europe's Borderlands_ by Steven Seegel via the Half Price Books (hpb.com) online Marketplace.

The SELLER of this item was INDOO.COM.

On October 31, 2018, I received an email from hpb.com, informing me that the book I ordered had been shipped by INDOO.COM.

*NO* tracking information was provided to me either at that time or subsequently.

It is now November 21, 2018. And I have NOT received the book I ordered on October 29, 2018.

On November 17, 2018, I sent two emails to INDOO.COM in order to try to get more information regarding the whereabouts of the ordered book. For the first email, I used a form from their website. For the second email, I used the email address for questions about orders provided on their website, namely [email protected]. The first message went unanswered. The second message was rejected. IMMEDIATELY. (NO reason was provided for this rejected email. I had never contacted this business prior to November 17, 2018 because I had never made any purchases from them.)

I then sent another email to INDOO.COM, using yet another email address provided on their website, namely [email protected]. Needless to say, no response to this third inquiry regarding the whereabouts of the ordered book was ever sent to me.

I have now learned that INDOO.COM has been cited numerous times for problems exactly like mine:
NO tracking informaton provided by INDOO.COM.
NO replies from INDOO.COM to email inquiries regarding ordered items.
NO information regarding shipping service used by INDOO.COM to send books to purchasers.
REPEATED problems with online vendors (in addition to hpb.com) regarding the complete lack of information from indoo.com to customers who purchased books via the "Marketplace" option on these otherwise reputable vendors' sites. Two of the most cited vendors from complaints filed by INDOO.COM customers (other than myself) are: AMAZON and BARNES & NOBLE.

Along with countless other irate INDOO.COM customers, I, too, have filed an official complaint about INDOO.COM with the RevDex.com.

And am also the joining the chorus of thoroughly disgusted INDOO.COM to let other potential book buyers that they should NEVER buy anything from this absolutely wretched bookseller for any reason whatsoever.

INDOO.COM is the WORST.

If you don't believe me, just read the numerous overwhelmingly negative reviews available online. Everywhere.
