Rc: Complaint ID#: [redacted] Dear This firm represents l OC Moto rs, LLC d/b/a  Infiniti  on  Camelback  ("lnfini ti on Camelback") and is in receipt  of your June  1 8, 2016 correspondence....

This  letter is intended  to provide  lnfiniti  on  Camelback's  response  to [redacted]'s  ("Mr.  [redacted]")  complaint  ID# [redacted]. We have thorough l y investi gated thi s matter, and  have not d I scovered anywron gdoing on the part of [redacted]Mr. .Jaafm•'s core compl aint revol ves around th e 24-m onth/30,000 mi le premium maintenance (th e "Service") that was performed on hi s 20 14 ln fini ti Q50S (the "Vehicl e") by Infiniti on Camelback . lnfiniti on Camelback denies that any part of the Service was defective or that any employee of lnftni ti on Camelback admitted the service was defective.On or about Febru ary  16, 20 16, Infinit I on Camelback performed  the Servi ce on th e Vehicle.  Immediate ly t h erca llcr Mr. [redacted] drove t he Veh I cl e on vaca tion to New Mexico. In New Mexico , Mr. [redacted] not iced coolant on the ground undernea th the Vehicle and took the Vehicle to an  lnfiniti dealershi p in New Mex ico. The New Mexico Infin iti dealership inspected the Vehicle and found no issues. The New Mexico I nfi niti dealership commun I cated to Inf:in I ti on Camelback  that there were  no issues wi th the Veh icle but there may possibly be an air pocket within the coolant system. However , when  Infin iti on Cam elback consu l ted w I th an fnfini timaster techni cian, t h e m aster techni cian adv I sed lnfiniti on Camel back that if an air pocket were in fact present , the Vehic l e would  have overheated within an hour of Mr . [redacted]'s vacation andwo uld not h ave made it to New Mexico.Mr. [redacted] continued hi s vacatio n and drove th e Vehicle to Georgia. In Georgia,Mr. [redacted] alleged l y suffered a second issue wi th the Veh icle and took the Vehicle to an Infin I tidealership  in  Georg ia. The Georgia  lnfiniti dea l ership inspected  the Vehicle and determined  that Conciliation & Engagement Specialist July 5, 2016Page 2the radiator and coolant caps were switched, causing the pressure in the coolant system to malfunction. This issue arose only after Mr. [redacted] took the Vehicle to the New Mexico Infiniti dealership. If  Infiniti on Camelback had switched the radiator and coolant caps, the New Mexico Infiniti dealership would have noticed this in its inspection of the Vehicle and alerted Mr. [redacted]. Infiniti on Camelback denies performing defective Service on the Vehicle, including, but not limited to, switching the coolant and radiator caps.In short, Infiniti on Camelback has not engaged in any wrongdoing. Accordingly, we respectfully request that the Revdex.com close its file on this matter. This letter is solely for your use in the inquiry and evaluation of the above-referenced matter. This response is based upon the undersigned's understanding of the facts at this time. By submitting this letter, Infiniti on Camelback in no way waives its right to present new or additional facts based upon subsequently acquired information or evidence. Additionally, this response does not constitute an affidavit and is not intended for use as evidence of any kind in any administrative or judicial proceeding in connection with this charge or any other matter. lnfiniti on Camelback standsready to cooperate in the inquiry of this matter, and will promptly respond through counsel toany other relevant request for information.

Lon was so nice to come down to my house and show me all the features in my new QX60. He patiently guided me through every single step. It was a great unexpected experience, as I never had a brand new too smart car. Beyond my expectations. So grateful he helped me, because I had no idea what my car could do!

Infiniti at Camelback made car buying easy. Great customer service all the way around . The staff was very courteous, patient and willing to work with me with my intricate situation. They worked with me until I got the car I wanted and I love it . Tanya ,Polly and Rich were great at the beginning for the process and then Tom and Lon finished it off perfectly taking me through the in and outs of my new automobile. I have been to many car dealers in my time but this one was truly the best and will highly recommend this staff to anyone. Thank you Infiniti at Camelback for getting me into my new Q50!!!!!

Loved Lon ! He was amazing, knowledgeable and so helpful from the basic functions to the customization features of my new Infiniti! I had no idea this car was capable of such an ultimate driving experience.

Purchasing my new Infiniti has been such a pleasant experience! Steven and Lon were amazing with helping me learn everything I needed to know about my new Q50. They truly went over and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Ritisha did an excellent job as my sales representative. She was very knowledgable about the Q50 line, and spent the afternoon answering every question I had about the car.

Polly really streamlined the financing process, and did a great job explaining all the details of the extra services that were available, such as the clear shield bra, extended warranties, an maintenance plans.

And last but not least, Lon came out to my house and did an amazing job walking me through the vast array of features that my car has to offer, answering any questions that I had after driving the car for a few weeks, and even setting up my garage door opener!

Best of all, the entire team was amazing when it came to not pushing whenever I expressed disinterest in any particular feature or option. This led to an amazing experience tailored to fit what I want from the car, with nothing extra forced upon me.

Great representation of the Infiniti experience! This was my second Infiniti purchase, and the experience this time was even better than the first; which itself was light years beyond any other non-Infiniti dealership I have worked with in the past.

We bought an Infiniti and Lon was the person who explained to us the technology in the car. Lon was professional and super chill while going over everything. The best part was that for our appointment, Lon drove to our home instead of us driving to the dealership which demonstrates the very interpretation of customer service.

Best purchase I have ever made. I bought a Q50S. The service is great, with no pressure to buy a car. Thanks to Stephen and Polly for making the dream come true. I have never had an experience like this. After about a week or less, Lon will come out and show you every single feature the car has to offer. This takes about an hour, but he is so patient with it, time flies by. He is the best guy to show you everything with his knowledge about it.

A great experience from start to finish! We selected a QX50, with the great help from Tom Daniels, that we could not enjoy more, and with the expert technical help from Lon Williams we are set to go and ready for anything!

Had a very good experience at the car dealership, everyone was very nice and would recommend it highly! Client loyalty manager came to my house and went over all the car features which was very helpful.

Infiniti on Camelback’s 2004 Lincoln Navigator was priced as an internet special at $9500.00 plus fees which would include paint protection, tax, title, licensing, and dealer DOC fees.  When [redacted] visted our dealership on July 20th, 2014, he spent...

time not only looking over the vehicle, but also spent time working purchase figures with one of our sales representatives.  [redacted] would not commit to numbers on the vehicle during his visit.  Before the customer left the dealership without buying the unit he had come in to see, our sales representative asked [redacted] if he would commit to purchase that night if he could speak to his manager about possibly waiving the paint protection to get him closer to the $10,000 out the door price he was hoping for.  The customer said that he would not purchase anything that night regardless of the price we offered.  When [redacted] called back the following business day to commit to purchasing the vehicle if it could be sold for $10,000 out the door, we explained to him that paying the fees were not optional.  We told him with those fees included, the vehicle would be around $11,400, ensuring that his state tax, title, licensing, and DOC fees were paid.  Unhappy with these figures, the customer submitted a complaint to your organization.

After we received your letter, [redacted] was contacted by our Executive Manager, [redacted], to re-explain the offer which was presented to him when he visited our store on July 20th.  Justin reviewed that there were no finalized offers made, as the customer was very clear that he would not commit to purchasing with our store regardless of price.  Respecting his wishes, we were not given an opportunity that evening to finish negotiating numbers on the Navigator.  While we would love an opportunity to sell [redacted] a vehicle for the price range he is looking to stay within, we would have to find a vehicle that would come to an out the door figure leaving enough room to cover the customer’s tax, title, licensing, and DOC fee. 

We have including a copy of the paper used during negotiation with [redacted] to keep with our records.  Please let me know if there is anything I can further assist you with in regards to this matter.

Amazing experience working the entire Infiniti staff. Lon and Ritisha went out of the way to make sure we got the vehicles we wanted and thouroughly explained all of the features. Would highly recommend them!

Lon was on time and spent hours showing me everything about my new car! I may have never even know about half of the technology available without his assistance. I highly suggest buying a car and using Lon!!

I am very pleased with the whole process of my lease. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a new vehicle. Lon came out and explained everything very thoroughly and is there for any further questions I may have.

As a prior Infiniti owner, when I was told someone would be coming out to train me on my new vehicle (QX80), I thought "I've had an Infiniti for four years! What are they going to teach me?"

In the first week I have already had two visits with Lan and the first one was for 2 hours. I had no idea what the capabilities of my car were! He gave me multiple options for navigation, phone calls and other resources. My head was spinning.

Instead of letting the time he spent with me go to waste, I am really trying to change my

behavior patterns and use the technology of my car vs. my phone.

We were having a hard time getting help from our local dealer so we decided to think outside the box and look in another state, and we are sure glad we did. I'm not saying everything went 100% smooth with this transaction but I guess that's to be expected when everything is done over the phone. The staff here did their best to accommodate us and were fantastic when it counted the most.We received our car this week and all I can do since then is smile. I love my new car and would recommend this dealer to those who are looking for an upfront and straight forward deal.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience working with the guys at Camelback Infiniti. They were very transparent on the deal they were able to get us. It wasn't the normal runaround that you usually see when buying a car.

This was the 2nd time working with them and glad I came back. Gonna be back for sure.
