Inflection Point Systems

I got a call on 3-7-2017 from Ian the Service Rep at #1 Cochran's Robinson Buick/GMC dealership.  He said he has 2 evaporators for my 2011 Buick Enclave and was calling to schedule their installation(s).  He confirmed he got the authorization he said he needed to repair the air conditioner at Cochran's expense.  I was pleasantly surprised. I'm scheduled for 8:AM  on 3-9-2017 to have the rear evaporator installed.  Ian said if that doesn't fix the problem he will reschedule a 2nd appointment to replace the front evaporator which takes considerably longer.I immediately emailed Dirk H[redacted] #1 Cochran's Customer Care Director, and expressed my appreciation for all he did in making things right regarding my Enclave's air conditioner.  Now that I have their commitment to make the repairs at their expense I no longer need the Revdex.com's involvement.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
