Customer came to our location on 9/for estimate and was scheduled for October 6th

I am sorry - will reach out to Mr [redacted] today to get with customer

The customer installed an aftermarket stereo in his car and drilled into part of the emissions system Our Service Advisor explained that this was not under warranty and we would have to remove his stereo to access that parts that he damaged The customer authorized the repair and was told we would not be reinstalling the stereo so nothing factory would be damaged again and he agreed Our Service Manager spoke to him yesterday about all this and explained I would not be refunding him for the repair but if there is a stalling issue or issue with the parts we installed that I would be more than happy to look at it Customer admits in his complaint that he damaged the car Again, if the performance of the car is due to the repair we made, we are more than happy to look at that aspectDirk H***

We certainly apologize for the manner this was handled I have forwarded this information to our Sales Manager - Brett L [redacted] - and Campus Director - Bob F [redacted] to reach out to customer.Dirk H***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Again, I will not bring my car back to the dealership, due to the damage that has already been doneI do not trust this dealerI would like them to pay for my car to be fixed at a reputable Cadillac dealer, or maybe they would like to buy my car back for the price that I paid for it a year ago since according to the dealership there are no problems with the car Regards, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The new, year and 20,mile warranty, that was given at no charge now comes with a $deductibleSo while there is a warranty, it is not the one I purchased at the time of buying the car.Additionally, the issue is not "now there is a noise", this has always been the issueEven when I picked up the car from Mazda the last time , the noise was still very noticeable: "2/12/- I ask the service manager (Paul was covering for Chris) to come out and listen, he clearly hears it and says that I will need to bring it back"If this was in fact a new issue, then I would simply take it to an Acura dealership to get it fixed and just eat the new $deductibleHowever, I have spent a lot of time on the phone with [redacted] and they will certainly deny it as a "pre-existing condition" meaning that this issue was discovered after my original warranty (incorrectly) expired and before the new warranty was issued This means that while Cochran did the multi point inspection to re-warranty the car, they reported to [redacted] that there was a noise hence the "pre-existing condition"This is confirmed by the fact that when I took the car back to [redacted] after the alternator was replaced, [redacted] attempted to put the pulleys through [redacted] under the newly issued warranty and was denied due to the "pre-existing condition"Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I believe the company should speak of monetary compensation due to the distress and inconvenience I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted]

#Cochran has paid the customer $for the disposition fee and $for the key fob As far as the vehicle, the car had multiple scratches, dings and a passenger mirror held on by electrical tape - at no point would we state that their is not responsibility on the part of the owner for such damage We feel we have acted in good faith and we cannot control the condition of the vehicle while in the ownership of someone else

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Thank you for refunding the $payment for the service charge from June 9th On September 28th the manager called us and told us the head gaskets were getting replaced again as well as the cylinders and radiator and they were going to be keeping the Jeep for a few more days to run it We still have a major concern about the possible damage done to the engine The last time we picked the Jeep up a loaner was driven to where the Jeep broke down but the service technician started to drive the damaged Jeep back to the Natrona Heights service lot but he ended up getting towed himself Additional damage may have been done considering the Jeeps antifreeze was emptied all over the engine An expanded warranty on the engine would greatly help our concerns Regards, [redacted]

I have forwarded this information to our Sales Management teamIf MsRose could let me know what specific location she was dealing with - that would be helpfulThanksDirk Harper

Customer originally came in and looked at a Subaru with Eye Sight which does have braking assistance When presented with the price of such a car the customer chose a vehicle without this technology Customer had an accident where he rear ended someone on the Parkway We offered to assist the customer with paying his deductible if he had the work done at a #Cochran collision center Upon completion of the work, the customer did not have to pay his deductible due to being involved with another customer of AllState insurance We feel we have addressed this situation completely.Dirk H***

Customer is in conversation with Oscar N [redacted] - our Campus Director.Dirk H***

Whoever typed that response from Cochran is lying The conversation did not happen that way My original conversation was with Bill C [redacted] the salesperson He is the one that assured me that the mileage and payments would be waived The only reason that I had originally went with the Qwas because I originally wanted to just stick with my older lease and I said this to Josh B [redacted] over the phone before even talking to the dealership and then again a few times with Bill C [redacted] Bill said that things don't normally work out and they kept pushing me towards the new car, stating things like "newer car", "new warranty" etc I explained that I wasn't concerned with this because my main concern was payment of a newer car or potentially owing anything from being over in mileage because I did not and would not have any additional money to put down because of things that I was remodeling in my house and a family vacation planned, I did not have extra money for a car, so me doing a new car verses paying extra money was not in my plains or first priority I was told that because of my loyalty with Infiniti that could be taken care of, I would have never agreed to take the EXACT same car to turn around and pay that much money out of pocket because I did not have it When Ian called me and talked to me after I sent my email, it was strictly in referencing me returning one car and getting another The only thing that was mentioned about mileage overage and payments was Ian said "any deals worked out with Bill would still be in tact and wouldn't change with me changing cars" I cannot believe the lengths that this company is willing to go in order to now keep a lie going because they don't want to have to pay something I called Infiniti financial on my own and they told me what the payments would be if I kept my old lease because every time I asked for this from Bill he told me not to go that route, seeming now like this was only said for them to sell a new car I do not want to deal with Cochran anymore and I do not want this vehicle anymore I am willing to pay for the mileage that I have already put on the new car and I want out of this and do not want to give them any more of money Especially now with them unwilling to return phone calls and giving bold face lies This is not fair and it shows the true business practice of this dealership and company I am willing to take a lie detector test and also have my girlfriend do the same as she was their for the original business discussion about the paymentsPlease help me! Will have our Service Manager contact the customer ASAP to arrange for an appointment to have the vehicle relooked atDirk H***

The customer dropped off her vehicle after hours in our night drop box On the envelope was written by the customer that she wanted her PA State and Emissions Inspection and her VW 40, mile service The 40,mile service performed is identical to what is in the owner's manual for VW We did not contact the customer in person based on the specifics of the customer's request, but did send an electronic estimate to the customer On this form, our team member did not put the parts cost for the 40k service so the price quoted was $368, but with parts was $ We will refund the customer $for the oversight in the parts pricing not being added, but all services performed were what the customer stated was to be done.SincerelyDirk H***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

I am dissatisfied with the used car purchased from #Cochran Automotive, soon after buying the car it broke downAs you can see I brought the car back with no one trying to resolve the problemThe car only start because it was brought to a mechanic that was able to get it back working with instructions to take it to the dealer I just brought it from to look at the carI spoke with Bill C [redacted] on October and told him about the problemJust because a car can start up doesn't mean its adequate however, this is the standard #Cochran followsThe company needs to take responsibility for the carI WAS NEVER TOLD I WAS BUYING AN ACUTIONED CARI WAS TOLD THE CAR WAS #COCHRAN APPROVED AND INSPECTEDThe sales agent did not fully disclose the repair history of the car they are responsible for comprehensible neglectThe company motto says, "clearly better car buying," in my case with the Chevrolet Malibu the choice wasn't clearThe company has no customer service, the only like to manipulate customers out of money by providing bad services
