Mr*** and Ms***- Thank you for forwarding your concerns through the Revdex.com. I’ll attempt to address your concerns hereFirst of all, Innovate did not purchase your account. We were contracted to service your account by Dealer Funding’s investor for Dealer Funding as they are
no longer in business. Your contract terms and interest rate are the same as they were when you took out the loan. Whatever arrangements you may have made with Dealer Funding were not provided to us and as such we are required to service your loan in accordance with the terms of the contractUp until the last days we have not reported any negative information to the credit bureau, Equifax. At the point you became days past due we reported that you were behind on payments. We cannot fix your credit as we are under obligation to report factual information to the credit bureau, which we have. If you feel that the information we have reported to the credit bureau is inaccurate you can request a validation through the credit bureauAs your account is now over days past due we have requested a repossession of the vehicle. I understand from the comments in the loan system that you have a payment plan in place and if you make those payments as scheduled your car will not be repossessed and the account balance will be paid offFeel free to contact us if you have further concerns, Innovate Auto FinanceAcct ***

Revdex.com:Innovate Loan Servicing Corporation DBA Innovate Auto Finance (“Innovate”) is in receipt of the complaint from Ms*** *** dated September 22, Unfortunately, due to the non-specific nature of the complaint, Innovate is having difficulty in responding to the sameFurthermore,
Innovate merely services the account on behalf of *** Commercial Leasing and, as a servicer, must adhere to the direction of its clientFirst and foremost, the complaint states that this account has been “mishandled by *** Commercial Leasing, Auto track [sic] to now Innovate Auto.” Innovate cannot address or respond to any complaints or issues that are against *** Commercial Leasing or Auto Trakk, or that were based on issues that related to a time period in which this account was serviced by either of the foregoing entitiesMs*** states that she has dealt with rude behavior and lies however these allegations are not focused on any particular party nor are they specific in natureIf the customer is insinuating that Innovate is responsible for what she perceives as rude behavior, for that we offer our sincere apologyThe main basis for this complaint seems to be around the issue of maintenanceInnovate would like to take this opportunity to clarify its position as it seems that Ms*** is having difficulty understanding the maintenance obligationsPer her contract as well as the conversations with Ms***, Innovate is willing to cover the maintenance associated with the tires and oil change(s) provided that the mechanic provide the aforementioned services and send an invoice to InnovateInnovate will then overnight a check to the mechanicWhen confronted with this option, Ms*** did not want to leave her vehicle with the mechanic as she claimed to be homeless and in need of the car for shelterAs Ms*** acknowledges in her complaint, the fan is not covered by maintenanceInnovate is uncertain as to whether or not Ms*** made arrangements with other parties to cover this issue; however, Innovate has not indicated to Ms*** that it would cover the sameAs a matter of fact, in a recent conversation with Ms***, she indicated to the Innovate representative that she would cover the tires and oil change if Innovate would cover the fan and Innovate declinedConsistent with the terms of the contract, Innovate will cover the oil change and/or tire maintenance for Ms***; however, the fan will not be coveredIt is Innovate’s understanding that Ms*** has failed to adhere to the maintenance schedule which may have led to some of the current issues that she is experiencingMs*** has not clearly specified the result she wants from her complaintHowever, it is important to note that Ms*** is currently delinquent in her payment obligations and needs to make sure that her account is brought currentAt this time, Innovate is prepared to offer the following to resolve this matter: 1. Pay for the oil change and/or tire maintenance per the contract; or 2. Allow Ms*** to return the vehicle in accordance with the terms of the agreement Regards, Innovate Auto Finance

contract were not altered with that purchase.In your complaint, you state that the vehicle was financed through Innovate, as stated above you did not finance this loan with InnovateIn June of 2016, Innovate was notified that your vehicle was involved in an auto accident and deemed a total loss by GeicoAn insurance payment was received and posted to your account in order to release the title to the insurance companyThe amount received did not cover the balance outstanding on your accountWhen this occurs, if at the time you purchased the auto you purchased GAP, that company is contacted and if the account was not behind, they would issue a refund to apply towards the outstanding balanceUnfortunately, the company that you purchased GAP through at the dealership is no longer in business. Your account has been updated with the credit reporting agencies and there is no refund due to you. Yes, this is the same issue that I have had already and this is not resolved yetOnce I have proof that the information is being properly reported to both equifax and transunion and accept my automatic payment per the paperwork sent through the mailThen I will determine that my dispute is resolvedI look forward to these issues being fixed in a timely ***er.

Innovate Auto Finance has reviewed Mr*** rejection response and found it to have inaccuraciesMr*** contends that Innovate did not mail him any documentation regarding the transferring of service of his loanA copy of the “Welcome Letter” that was mailed to Mr*** was located; the letter was dated 9/14/and mailed to the confirmed address on fileThat letter outlined that his loan was now serviced by Innovate Auto Finance and the terms of his original contract with *** *** ***remained the same. A copy of that letter is attached for reviewInnovate attempted to reach Mr*** by phone last week requesting for him to call back to discuss this matter and the call was never returned. Innovate would like to allow for him to redeem his vehicle if he would like to. The repossessed vehicle, is currently at an auto auction awaiting to be sold. If Mr*** would like to redeem we will allow for him to do so at the price he was quoted previously of $The funds must be paid using Money GramThe receive code to make the payment is and the Account is ***This offer will expire on 1/21/Mr*** needs to notify Innovate that he will accept this offer as soon as possibleRegards, Innovate Auto Finance

Your complaint has been reviewed by managementUnfortunately, we are unable to fulfill your request to change your billing date or reverse late chargesThe frequency of how the payment is made, whether it is monthly or bi weekly is fixed and you are bound legally to the contract you signedHad
your loan stayed with First Star Finance and your payment days
changed they would not have been able to change the terms of your
contract eitherThe loan being purchased does not change the terms or
the way it is handledIf you are unsatisfied with this, you are welcome
to try to refinance or secure financing with another bank or credit
union. If approved you could have your payments due monthly rather than
being due bi weekly. Due date changes are an option but the frequency of when they are due can not be changedThe payment assurance device installed on your car was not installed incorrectly, it is set to begin interruption if a payment is not received on the due dateWe have been able to keep it from interrupting your radio usage. If you have any issue with that going further, please contact customer service. Our records reflect the loan paid off on 3/12/That should allow plenty of time for you to handle the transfer to a new party in OK, if you did choose to sell the vehicleTo ensure this does not happen to any other valued customers, necessary training will be given. In regards to the process of paying off the loan, the only options to pay are through certified funds such as Money Order, Cashier’s Check or MoneyGram transactions. 30, 2016, all communications, payment processing, customer support and other servicing related to Mr*** automobile loan has been provided by Innovate Auto FinanceIn reviewing the account Mr*** has been sending correspondence regarding tolls and citations related to his lease. *** from innovated Finance called from Sept 10-Sept on my work number that they stated has been removed I saved the voicemail for anyone's record They are clearly in violation and refuse to help or listen to request that are made by the customer I believe it is in violation to call my work phone and clearly they refuse to not be compliant
