I did have a job and I sent them a copy of my check stub for the last day and the lady told me that those was receipts but those was may check stubs so she said I could not get the car back and I had dollars to catch up the pass dues

Our apologies for the delay on this response. The issue regarding the incorrect VIN has been addressed. The loan administration / title department with Innovate has been in contact with the original dealer, Team HondaOn 11/our office received a call from the dealership indicating
the error was a mistake by the tag agencyThey offered to assist with getting this corrected and sent your title for the correctionFrom there, Team Honda was to get it correctedOn 11/25/our office received and electronic title showing the correction has been madeYou should not have any further issues as the dealership did get everything corrected.Sincerely, Innovate Auto Finance

Ms***,Your complaint has been reviewed by Innovate. In reviewing the status of the loan, several attempts were made to resolve this account. The loan matured on 6/28/The last phone conversation was on 1/14/and at that time you advised that a payoff of $was in the mail
On 1/24/a payment was received through our phone system for $On 2/16/a statement was mailed out with the remaining balance. On 2/20/an email was received advising that a check was in the mail to InnovateOn 3/1/and 3/15/additional statements were mailed with the balance remaining. On 3/30/ a payoff was sent per your request and we also mailed one per this complaint on 4/19/16. Any numbers that were called would've been pulled from public information.There are no notes indicating that the correspondence mailed was returned as undeliverable as addressed. Innovate wants to help resolve this matter as soon as possible. If you don't receive the payoff that was mailed on the 19th, by Wednesday, April 27th please call our office to ensure we have the correct information on file.Regards,Innovate Auto Finance

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The information in your response was wholly inaccurateThe car had been repaired by *** *** prior to the date in which you inquired it, it only needs an alternator to be %repairedSecondly the transmission could not have been observed by *** *** bc it had not been drove thanks to the lack of power due to a failed alternator that had not been fixed at the timeNonetheless there was no issue with the transmission PERIOD it was shifting perfectly in and out of gears when the alternator failed shortly before the error occurred that lead to the circuit box malfunctionLastly, I did not nor have I ever purchased a vehicle from *** ***It is unacceptable that any decision was made on the condition of the vehicle based on the heresay and inaccurate information presented by a vested third party organization who stands to make a sizable profit from the sale of the vehicleAnd was not independently investigated by innovate auto loans service inc.
