Your contract is with Dealer Funding, the original creditor, which you should have a signed copy of. As a servicer on behalf of Dealer Funding there is not a signed contract with Innovate. I am rejecting this response because: I was told to email this information and I emailed it on 6/2/17. I have attached a screenshot of the email sent. I Have done EVERYTHING asked and each time I speak with someone they tell me I need to do something different. It's an unending circle.

I am rejecting this response because:I have yet to be refunded $513 duplicate charges during the transition from BAMA. [redacted] refuses to take my calls & I have yet to hear back from Jackie as to the result of the dispute. Call Center is not adhering to posted business hours on Saturdays (the only day of the week I can call).

Mr. [redacted],Our office has spoken to TransUnion this morning and they have confirmed that the tradeline for your auto is now reporting.  Innovate updates monthly now to both TransUnion and Equifax.  Your loan is now showing a recent payment made on 4/2/16. To reflect the current activity on your account, an automated universal data (AUD) form was created and submitted to both credit reporting agencies. The reference # is [redacted].  In regards to setting up your automatic payment withdrawals, the Transaction Processing department has not received your ACH authorization form. transfer was a normal transaction and in no way affected the terms or conditions of your contract with Dealer Funding. Servicing included: payment processing, customer support and other servicing-related issues. On May 2, 2017 a check was received from Premiere Chevrolet. The check was applied to your account and paid if off. The title was released and mailed to Premiere Chevrolet on 5/10/17.  Equifax was sent the information and should be reflecting the account status as paid/closed. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you a contract reflecting you have a loan with Innovate as the loan was merely being serviced.  In addition, your request to have the trade line removed from credit can not be done. provide that information for you. If you would like an email confirmation, it may be easier for you to pay your bill through your bank's bill pay system. In order to set that up you would need to know your account number, our payment address, the payment amount and due date. I am rejecting this response because: I was treated in a very disrespectful matter. I was never told this information during the times I had contacted Innovate Auto Finance. I was told on several occasions I would have paper sent to me to have control over my deceased husband account once I had sent Innovate Auto Finance a copy of his death certificate and they failed to so. I want my name to be placed over the title immediately since I have provided the document they had requested and I am making monthly payments.

This servicing transfer was a normal transaction and in no way affected the terms or conditions of Ms. [redacted] Membership Agreement / Vehicle Lease contract with...

Breeze Labs.  Ms. [redacted] does not have a “debt” with Innovate Auto Finance, Innovate Auto Finance merely provides servicing on her vehicle lease with Breeze Labs, Inc.  Servicing includes: payment processing, customer support and other servicing-related issues. Prior to the servicing transfer, Ms. [redacted] was sent a ‘Goodbye Letter’ from Breeze Labs, Inc. informing her of the upcoming change, and, subsequently, was sent a ‘Welcome Letter’ from Innovate Auto Finance, further explaining the servicing change and providing relevant information concerning Innovate Auto Finance (website address, phone numbers, mailing address, service hours, etc.).  As has been communicated to Ms. [redacted] over the phone by Innovate’s customer service agents, the transfer of servicing from Breeze Labs, Inc. to Innovate Auto Finance did not change the terms of her Membership Agreement / Vehicle Lease Contract with Breeze Labs, Inc.  This Agreement, with the agreed upon payment schedule / fee structure and payment terms with her Dwolla or Stripe account, is still in effect. Per her Agreement with Breeze Labs, Ms. [redacted] has a weekly payment of $170.00 that is due every Monday.  Also, per her Agreement, she may be charged a Balance Carry Over Late Fee of the lesser of 2% of the beginning balance for the week or $20.00 if her account has a balance that is past due as of 12:01 a.m. on Monday. As of today, January 16, 2017, Ms. [redacted] has a past due balance of $1508.88.  This includes past due weekly payments for:  $108.92 (11/28/2016) & $1,020.00 (12/5/16, 12/12/16, 12/19/16, 12/26/16, 1/02/17, 1/9/17 and 1/16/17).  The past due balance also includes a Balance Carryover Fee of $99.11 (for the weeks of 12/4/16, 12/11/16, 12/18/16, 1/1/17 , 1/08/2017, 1/15/17). In addition to these fees, there are also Citation/Toll fees of $50.85 and No Earning Fees of $50. 00. Ms. [redacted] is aware of her payment obligations as she has spoken to Innovate’s customer service agents regarding the past due balance as well as receiving weekly statements for her account that include the amount currently due, past due balance, and an itemization of charges. Per her requests, Innovate did send two copies of her payment history. They were mailed on 10/17/16 and 11/18/16. For her records, a copy will be attached to this response. At Innovate Auto Finance, we strive to provide quality customer service experience for all of our servicing clients. We appreciate Mr. [redacted] questions and feedback and advise her to not hesitate to contact us again if she has any questions regarding her account.

September 13, all communications, payment processing, customer support and other servicing related to Mr. [redacted] automobile loan has been provided by Innovate Auto Finance. Prior to the transfer, Mr. [redacted] was sent a ‘Goodbye Letter’ from [redacted].  informing him of the upcoming change, and, subsequently, was sent a ‘Welcome Letter’ from Innovate Auto Finance, further explaining the servicing change and providing relevant information concerning Innovate Auto Finance (website address, phone numbers, mailing address, service hours, how to make a payment, etc.). In researching the complaint, we identified that Mr. [redacted] was sent a notice of intent to sell letter.  We attempted to contact him today, 12/30/16 to discuss a possible resolution.  His timely response would be greatly appreciate. in advance (5/15/15). The payment that was due on 6/2/15 was paid on 6/15/15 which was paid 13 days late. The delay in paying that payment is what's causing the loan to not be current each month. If you are able to provide a bank statement showing a payment was made during that time please forward it to our office.   You can fax the necessary documentation to customer service at ###-###-#### and reference your loan number.Attached to this response are copies of your contract and a copy of your payment history for you to compare to your own bank statements. Your complaint has been received and reviewed.  Innovate began servicing this loan for
Bonfire Capital in Dec 2014.  The records
we received from them prior to servicing do indicate you were attempting to get
approval for SCRA relief.  In order to
qualify...

you had to be active duty before the date of the contract and it does
show your loan was dated June 8, 2012 and your active duty date was May 8,
2012.   The ineligibility status was
advised to your wife on Dec 14, 2013 and shortly after deferments were approved
to aid in getting the account in good standing.
You credit history with Innovate is all that can be reported to the credit reporting agencies.  Attached per your request is a
copy of payment history. 
Your complaint has been resolved and management has approved a
settlement amount on your loan to be paid in February.

a supervisor who provided you with an explanation of your account and offered

requests. However, we have now confirmed with both Equifax and TransUnion that those requests were not updating properly. The root case was investigated and the error was due to an IT glitch on behalf of Innovate and has now been corrected.  Equifax has also confirmed that your information was not removed. The error that has now been corrected internally will not reflect negatively on the credit report for either of you. [redacted] service team at Innovative Loan and they continue to tell me that they cannot update my credit report. Transunion has advised me that they filed a dispute with Innovative Loan and it is up to the creditor to update the credit report which has not been done. Needless to say that I am in the middle of buying a home and this has dropped my score by 30 points.Regards,
