On August 31, 2016, the automobile loan of Ms. [redacted]’ was purchased from Independent Dealer Advantage by Innovate Auto Finance. The purchase of her loan did not affect the terms or conditions of the original contract with Independent Dealer Advantage.  In researching the account, we...

identified that, per her contract with Independent Dealer Advantage, Ms. [redacted] is on a monthly payment schedule, with a $395.43 payment being due on the 14th of each month. In reviewing Ms. [redacted], payment history since the purchase of the loan, it is noted that she made: ·         $200 payments on 9/12/16, 9/22/16, 10/3/16, 10/18/16, 11/7/16, 11/21/16 and 12/9/16. The prior payment history and payments made to Independent Dealer Advantage have been received and is being reviewed. Once the correction has been made, a supervisor will contact Ms. [redacted]. While complaint is being resolved, she will not be receiving any collection calls. At Innovate Auto Finance, we strive to provide quality customer service for all of our clients. I am rejecting this response because:It's blatantly misleading and full of lies. These businesses never sent me a "goodbye letter"; refused to honor the terms and conditions of our agreement, and refused to accept my full payment to reinstate my lease, over the phone and via e-mail on 12/17/2016, before the listed sale date on 12/22/2016.

I am rejecting this response because:  I sent Innovate Auto Finance my bank statements for the past five months reflecting the amount I paid NO LImits and the dates I paid them.  Showing I am not behind for October 31 payment.  I refuse to pay any late payments and or late fees when I am not at fault.  Also I made a payment of $121 and $170 on the 15 of Dec. I have repeated asked that Innovate auto email or write me not call me because I want correspondence to reflect what is going on.  I made my Dec. $170 payment and yet I get a call everyday from Innovate leaving messages saying that I am late on my payment.  Attached is the bank statement I sent to Innovate.  I will not make a late fee payments.  Because I don't feel like I should get penalize for NO Limits and Innovate computer errors.  Furthermore I never received a letter from No Limits saying goodbye. I only got letters from Innovate and because I didnt know who they were I wasn't paying any attention to the letters.

I am rejecting this response because: Innovate could not provide me with any contract proving this account belongs to me. Under the fair Credit Reporting ACT section 609 states you must provide a signed contract from the original creditor that was signed upon opening the account. If you can not provide this contract the account must be removed by law.

Your complaint was reviewed by Innovate. Your loan is currently only being serviced by Innovate on behalf of Peritus Portfolio Services.  The loan term in our system is incorrect but is being corrected. A copy of your contract is attached to this response. Although the loan term is incorrect,...

the balance is not.  Our records reflect that a settlement has now been sent to management for review. Repair documentation is needed in order to proceed. Once this loan is settled, the title to your 2004 Dodge Ram will be released to you and your credit will be updated to reflect it was paid with a zero balance. Regards, Innovate Auto Finance
