The email reply does not have satisfying answers to all information I asked about. While I was reading the ENTIRE reply from this company, I am wondering why even this following sentence was statedThey are more but this one comes first. "We apologize that Ms*** was not satisfied with our servicesAs a gesture of goodwill, Ms*** has been issued a refund in the amount of $22.86, as per the request in the original complaintThis refund has been credited back to the card that was used to enroll in our services, and no further charges will be incurredI am wondering why it is considered "As a gesture of goodwill..." to refund my entire payment?Does every person who may make complaint(s) like the ones listed in my first letter become the only ones who have encountered the full return of their payments as a "As a gesture of goodwill.."?If that is the case, as I have stated in my first complaint, why was I first told I cannot get any return, then only the 50% and then after I being assertive again stating I would contact Revdex.com I was given the entire 100%?This does not seem to be the standard way to return customers refunds by this companyWhy is this being considered the only way one can be refunded? Saving time but keep charging more and more fees is not what should be considered a valid companyIf one does not cancel in advance for the next phase of the plan their credit card will automatically be charged.That is not visible to read onlineIf I am incorrect, please let me know the name of a company in this field that is not as professional as yours?Also, it is transparent this company keeps mentioning to their customers they will see a lot of persons who may have profiles like them or MAY find a profile very near to the person checkingSo, I have come to the assumption why does this company not return charged fees and NOT stating if a customer does not get much from their paid fee a full refund will be given. I used this company to try to find a deadbeat All of the information they provided was typical white-pages stuff What's worse, I used a private email address for my account on September 30th Since that time, my previously-private inbox has been flooded with daily solicitations from Publishers Clearinghouse, Asian Dating, House-flipping scams, instant-money offersInstant Checkmate is an obvious reseller of email addresses and they don't really provide what I would consider to be a useful service

Thats the problem, you're not gonna find an account for me because I've NEVER signed up for your service I can't give you the first and last numbers of my card, there was no card used by myself or anyone else in my family to use this service I work in the criminal justice field, if I really wanted any information on an individual, I certainly wouldn't have to waste my money to get information!
