I purchased unlimited access to all services When I complete a search and want to download the information the website won't allow it It claims there is a problem and try again This issue started about months ago I had no problem previously and when I contacted the company they claimed I performed too many searches I advised I purchased unlimited access, then they came back and claimed I was using the information against someoneWhich I am notI can log into the website I can search a name, or number, address etc However, when I attempt to download the report I have search I cannot They are unwilling to assistThey cant claim I do too many searches if that's the product I purchased If it's unlimited it's unlimited And when I search the webpage seems to go into a slow mode so that each search takes several minutes to process I believe this has been done intentionally to make me go away When I called customer service I was asked questions such as , what are you using the information for? why do you perform so many searches? What are you using the information for? and so on No sure but if I purchased a service of unlimited access, that means unlimited access I currently have paid for a service which they won't provide It's a rip off
