I was thoroughly disappointed with the information made available through this serviceThe only information that was accurate was my address, including two previous mailing addressesThe phone numbers and possible links to criminal records (of which I have zero) were based upon people and places that were not related to the aforementioned accurate addressesThere was even a picture posted of a person that was a different race, weight and height than those of myselfThe amount of information provided (despite its inaccuracy) was not worth the amount of money I paid for the serviceThe website is rife with advertisements for "premium accounts" offering much more thorough and "accurate" information for double and triple the initial amount of money paidAfter authorizing the activation of my account, I spent less than ten minutes reviewing the information before I made the decision to cancel the accountI called the number to cancel and the representative assured me that my account would not be charged the recurring feeWhen I asked if there was any way I could have the initial charge reversed as well, I was asked if I happened to read the disclaimer and terms of useI explained that I had indeed read to the terms that I agreed to, but was hoping they would make an exception considering the fact that I was disappointed in the information provided and was calling within minutes of having activated the accountThe representative reiterated that my account was set to cancel and that I would not be charged the recurring feeI did not get so much as an apology for my dissatisfaction, which leads me to believe this is common occurrenceI certainly would not recommend this service and I learned a valuable lesson
