Customer service handled my request quiet professionally but I would not recommend the service, what I found after searches of individuals I I know intimately including myself was misinformationwith the most egregious being the failure to disclose a serious criminal charge that is public info along with stating that an individual I know to have an extensive criminal record had noneat this point I could not count on the site to provide me with the service it promisedsome people may use it for dates or check out babysitters which is why I felt compelled to write a review even after a pleasant experience with customer service

I am wondering why it is considered "As a gesture of goodwill..." to refund my entire payment?
Does every person who may make complaint(s) like the ones listed in my first letter become the only ones who have encountered the full return of their payments as a "As a gesture of goodwill.."?
If that is the case, as I have stated in my first complaint, why was I first told I cannot get any return, then only the 50% and then after I being assertive again stating I would contact Revdex.com I was given the entire 100%?
This does not seem to be the standard way to return customers refunds by this company
Why is this being considered the only way one can be refunded?
I do not see this written in the statement of how this company does does comply with issues like mine
As I have to keep repeating, why was I NEVER connected to talk personally to a Supervisior on the times I requested, to find out why I was even being offered this unique way of being refunded by word of mouth?
The operator was always trying to answer my complaints with no solid answers But, when I asked to speak to a Supervisor she kept saying her Supervisor was very busy and the Supervisor was tellling her (the operator) the answers to my inquiries
If possible, I am and hopefully Revdex.com as well, can receive a copy of the phone call I made to listen to the tone and attitude I assumed was a brush off to not answer my questions
Once and for all, I would appreciate if Revdex.com would further check into the reply of this company as it is stating what information any person pays them to find, only comes from public records available to any one and it just helps us not to have keep going through numerous ways to get what they have put together
If any person knows this information can be got freely from places involved to anyone then why do you think this company will do it any better? Saving time but keep charging more and more fees is not what should be considered a valid company If one does not cancel in advance for the next phase of the plan their credit card will automatically be chargedThat is not visible to read online
If I am incorrect, please let me know the name of a company in this field that is not as professional as yours?
Also, it is transparent this company keeps mentioning to their customers they will see a lot of persons who may have profiles like them or MAY find a profile very near to the person checking
So, I have come to the assumption why does this company not return charged fees and NOT stating if a customer does not get much from their paid fee a full refund will be given.
What steps I have to take to get my full refund is not an advertised way to get a refund whatsoever

This company is a complete rip--off If you want all of the information they advertise, it costs must more than the initial chargeIn my opinion, this is advertising, since they lead you to believe you will get so much for your money Wrong! You can find out the information they provide very easily on Google or any other search engine Actually you can find out a lot more on free sitesPlease ask them what you will receive for the initial charge BEFORE you pay them any money They said I would receive an entire refund, we will see
