I called their support for the third time today to have all of the reoccurring charges reimbursed sense I last used the service and canceled it almost a year ago The person I spoke to today first said she could only cancel my account and I had NEVER called before so she couldn't refund me anything (after asking for my confirmation number on the cancel from months ago) I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said, he was in a meeting so I suggested I would waitAfter a brief second hold she came back on the phone and said she could refund charge I thanked her for that and said I would continue to hold She then put me on hold for a minute or two coming back to say she could refund me for months and that the manager was not available I thanked her again and insisted I would wait until he was available at which point she promised a 3rd month of reimbursement I thanked her and asked to wait but was told he was not going to be available and she said he would contact me I'm waiting on his phone call Incredibly rude customer service and a terribly unreliable service, which is why I canceled (or at least was lead to believe I canceled my account) almost year ago
