However, I must clarify that it was not that my experience was regretful, but more so that the company seems to have a practice to add on costs and fees to what they claim they provide in the "basic" packageEven before I opened up the report provided on my search a screen immediately pops up stating that I qualify for a premium package at an additional cost and that without it I might miss out on information that could be available
Also, when I contacted them about my charges and the lack of information provided the agent mentioned to me that, by the way the laws in NY might be different and we don't have access to some informationAnyway, I am sure this will fall on deaf ears and someone else will get sacked and not complain and the company will keep on doing it over and over again

I am very frustrated with Instant Checkmate Inc After going through the process of what claimed to be "better than google" I was hopeful to get some factual information Unfortunately all I received was a Facebook photo and the prior addresses of this individual Disappointing to say the very least since I am certain much more information was to be told and is "public record"After going through the process I was prompted to pay the $some dollars and then prompted again for $to be able to download PDFs I assumed since most other services are $to run a background check that this one would at the very least provide me with the same information, however it did nothing of the sort Paying $to come up with what I could in a second google search is very steep I can say for certain that I will not be using the site ever again and discourage all others to do the same When I called to try and get a refund after being a member for minutes with nothing to show for it I was told that I could only cancel the account $for a minute membership means a win for Instant Checkmate and a loss for me However, I will be sure to spread the word to NOT use this website and I suggest others do the same

I paid for a month and because all of the reviews were a joke, barely skimming the surface, I paid for the "Premium" on four different people what I really needed to know about, one just included myself to see what it would say
They were not current, correct or up to date and actually show very little information for the extra $charge for a premium report!
This would be great if it were legit but it is NOT! It is a joke and do not waste you money
And by the way, the cut me off before my actual month was over I guess because I cancelled but when I did, they said that I was good through to the end of the month
The whole thing is a sham!
