I did not "enroll" in any service offered by Instant CheckmateI paid no money and did not authorize any charges to my debit or credit card accountsSo far there have been none.However in reading the Instant Checkmate response it does appear they do collect AND pass on personal data to third party websites/vendorsThat is the focus of my complaintInstant Checkmate says the e-mailing should stop within ten daysHowever they do not specify if they are referring solely to e-mails from their company or from third party sources.In light of the fact that I have received solicitations for adult only websites and did not authorize such solicitations, I am considering addressing this issue to the State Attorney General. It is highly presumptive of Instant Checkmate to distribute my personal data to such websites when they have no idea if my e-mail account is accessed by minor children.Instant Checkmate needs to review their privacy policy and cease and desist with behavior that I haven't seen since my first internet days on ***.I will wait the ten days to see what happensIf the unsolicited adult-only e-mails continue to arrive in my inbox, I will pursue this matter further

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Sheesh! Just got a third letter from you.....In that second email you sent, it said that if I was satisfied with the respond I didn't need to do anything so I didn't! This third letter saidI was given days to respond to the second and then it appears it the case was just closed because I didn't respondYou barely gave a moment to respond before closing the case!
I have not received any refunds from this company even though they have stated they would issue s refund. Can you please let me know how they intend to refund me? The credit card they were charging me on is no longer open. Because of their fraudulent charges my bank shut it downThank you so much for your help in resolving the final important part of this issue
