Thank you for your prompt actions to what has been a very frustrating experience. I read the information Instant Checkmate mailed and I have one question. I read the claims and warrants (or lack thereof) that this site lists, and there's quite a few of them. So, what information that they claim to provide, do they actually provide? Because it wasn't anything I read beforehand when I was contemplating paying for the information they said they providedI can understand that they don't warrant the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided, but they d I d n ' t p r o v I d e any information as they claim they would in their advertising. As I stated in my original complaint, even the information I found by simply performing a *** search yielded more information than this website which provided "no records" even after I paid an additional fee for records that should've been provided in the initial fee charged

My experience and experiences with representatives of this company have revealed promises which are not delivered or not delivered in the timespans statedI will only close this complaint when all my money is returned to me

This site is a complete misleading scam In their ad, you are lead to believe that you would
get all kinds of informationAll I got was some very basic infothat could be obtained from
a google search I received arrests records for other people, but not for the one promised
