I am rejecting this response because: I actually just have a questionThey said that they have refunded me, but did not say if they are referring to the 35% refund they already promised on the phone yesterday, or that they are now offering the full refund for both itemsIf they are offering the full refund, then I accept their response and am gratefulIf it is still just the 35%, then we are still where we were yesterday at the time I filed the complaintYesterday, when they said they were refunding 35% back, I received an email immediately with a refund amount and reference numberI have not seen any new emails today showing a further refund for the full amount.Thank you so much for your time on this matter*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
I had already filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and Instant Elixir promised a full refund, so I closed the complaint and accepted itThey have not refunded the money yetI contacted them again and no refund has been givenHere is the last email I sent them: I just received my last credit card statement and am still not seeing the refunds promised when we went through the Revdex.com to moderate our dispute with chargesI was charged the initial and for the trials on 1/That is fineI was then charged on 1/20, 1/21, 2/06, and 2/I only received total shipments and was charged for the trials as well as additional shipments, one of which I didn't even receiveI was promised a 30% refund initially and received back and back on 2/13, but have not received the remaining $I was chargedI was willing to drop the dispute with the Revdex.com when you promised a FULL refundI even clarified to be sure I would get a full refund and was told yes by your companyIf I do not hear back from you today with the refund confirmation, I will open the dispute back up with the Revdex.com

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and I accept it. I have received e-mails from the company stating they are refunding the total amount of $178.97. The first e-mail was on 5/at 10:24am refunding the amount of $89.98, the second e-mail was at 2:PM for the amount of $88.99. I also received a voice mail telling me that they have refunded the total amount and sorry for the misunderstanding. The refund amounts have not shown up on my credit card as of today, but I will keeping checking
