I am rejecting this response because:I received response from the business (Instant Elixir) and they stated that my mom had been refunded in full! This is not the case. She received a refund total of $139.17 out of $559.15. I called the company and was on hold for 14 minutes before the manager (Keesha) stated that they were only providing a refund for the last month's shipment of the product. The company does not tell the truth. This is very frustrating. This company is very misleading. Again, they are taking advantage of the elderly.

I am rejecting this response because: there were 4 charges to my account in March.  They acknowledged that I was not aware of a trial period & that I didn't agree to a subscription.  They offered a full refund but only applied it to the last 2 charges. I still think that I should be refunded the additional charges from March 12th.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I accept it.    A representative called me today 3/2/2018 named Jimmy and stated they were refunded me as promised the entire product charge for #[redacted] amount of $58.49 and #[redacted] $57.85. I hope this is resolved by Friday of this week on my charge account as promised. After much frustration I will in the future contact your website before making anymore online purchases. I have looked at other reviews and very similar problems arrived as they we  not upfront about their so called SAMPLE orders. Which became full size orders not samples as described in their advertisement. It should have stated that you will be sent a full size not a SAMPLE as stated and if you don't like or are allergic to it we will give you 15 days to return. It was not very clear in the advertisement on the web. Statement should be a larger font where customers are not tricked in to buying without seeing the fine print. That is my 2 cents. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  Even after receiving a voicemail (att'd.) from the company that they would refund my money and cancel my subscription, they charged me again full price for the product and charged my for shipping and handling again. I want the $89.95 refunded back to me and I want the company to take me off of their subscription list, not to sell my contact information to any other company, not send me any more of their product and leave me alone. I want them to put me on some sort of do not call/contact list. Please let me know if you need any additional documentation or if you can't listen to the voicemail message. Thank goodness I have the voicemail to text and copied to email option on my phone due to my hearing impairment. [redacted]
