If you have not been fully refunded please call our support but our records indicate that a refund has been issued. it takes 4-7 business days for a refund to reflect in your bank account.

I am rejecting this response because:I was NOT refunded my full purchase price...only a 30% "discount" which is totally a scam.  The gal I spoke with was NOT helpful or truthful AT ALL.  All lies!!  After reading online (after the fact) a website about what a scam this is and how many, many others were duped the same as I was....I hope Instant Elixir is history very shortly!!  I ended up cancelling my credit card (as suggested by another disgruntled person) and I hope my credit card company goes after Instant Elixir.
