***Date Filed:6/2/2:PMthis company is a total scamthis is the third complaint I am submittingthe first is reference Complaint ID #***, second is ID ***I called vivid today as they emailed me on the Revdex.com site saying they were sorry and would refund the $they scammed out of my accountI saw that they took more money out of my accountI called today and they said they would refund the $shipping charges (my account was closed, they should have no access to my bank), but wouldnt refund the amount they emailed they said they wouldthe dispute before was taken up with my bank and they claimed again since I talked to my bank, they wouldn't refund meThey lied to me againthey told my bank they had offered me a partial refund, they didn't, I had called back asking for this partial refund, and again they told me today that they wouldn't offer me even a partial refund due to me contacting my bankeven though they emailed me after my first Revdex.com complaint saying they would refund meSCAM companyIF you go to their site, it takes you to three different sitesI tried to research prior to purchase the fine print they claim was there was not and also ridiculous terms - week trial from the day you order it - I received the product days later with no paperwork and as I was looking to find a number to call them to ensure this wasn't a scam, they had already taken the money out of my accountHUGE SCAM!!!!

Update on refunds received so far...$2.94, $4.95, $89.87 Still disputing are 3/5/for $& 3/6/for $88.99, my credit card has issued me a credit on these charges but it’s pending and Instantly Vivid has statement cycles to respond My issue here is the product was supposed
to be free with paid shipping - which I did on 2/19/for $& $(face cream and eye cream), but they charged my credit card for the product. I feel their business practices are under handed and unprofessional and I hope you can help me and others with their unfair business practices.Thank You!*** ***

Any Company that has to sneak in miniscule print somewhere at the end of a leading 'FREE SAMPLES with paid shipping' headline has nothing but sneaky intent to pad their bank account and will NEVER EARN MY RESPECT OR DEVOTION TO THEIR PRODUCT OR SERVICE! I did not receive a full refund. I received a refund of $on one item and $on the other item. Postage paid by me was $on one item and $4.90 plus $for insurance for the 2d item even though they both came in the same box
