If you do to wish to continue with your subscription, you are advised to contact our 24/7 customer support center (the number for which is conveniently located on the product) by the 14th day to cancel. If you did not, you were enrolled in our monthly subscription to receive these products right to your doorstep. Your order was placed on 1/13/18, at which time you paid the initial $4.95 for shipping and handling. Your trial started on this day. As the 14th day was 1/26/18 and you had not yet cancelled, you were charged the full retail price for the 30 day supply of the Repair Cream you had received on 1/27/18. At this time, your account has been refunded in full the amount of $89.97. I am rejecting this response because:  I have received credit for one charge in the amount of $89.87, but there are the following remaining charges:  $88.99 (which I have paid to CitiCard), $89.87, $88.99 and $4.95.  As I stated in my previous complaint, I have two boxes from Instantly Vivid, one opened since there was no identification of the sender and the other unopened, which I will be happy to return to the company.  I do not want these products.
