I am rejecting this response because:
Although I appreciate those refunds, I am also seeking a refund in full for the March 3 and 4 charges of $89.87 & $88.99. And the $4.95 on 2-19-18 for a legging membership that was buried in the fine print and I didn’t/don’t want. Those charges were charged 14 days after they shipped the products that were supposed to be free , I was only supposed to pay for shipping.  A very underhanded business and tactic.

I am rejecting this response because:
   1.  They have not given a full refund a stated.    2.  They  said nothing about their false advertiisement.   3.  They sent 2 items and charged for them when I only ordered one item.

The company policy (see attached png file) clearly says to cancel you can "...simply send an email with the written subject heading "Cancellation", to [redacted]@instantlyvivd.freshdesk.com."That is exactly what I did, got a response acknowledging they received the cancellation email (copy of that was already provided initial complaint/filing). Done. Requirement met. Refund the charges that were fraudulently taken and peddle your snake oil elsewhere.
