As I understand correctly this complaint is about shipment being delivered in weeks instead of and some items that were damagedClient needs to understand and this was explained that weeks delivery time to UK or anywhere in Europe for that matter is averageActual delivery time is based on customs release and availability of labor right after shipment gets released from customsThis is not a move around the corner or even to a different state in USAThis is international relocationBeing delayed ONLY weeks after average it's very good considering dealing with international customs bureauAs for some items being damaged, sometimes it does happenThis is why we encourage all shippers to purchase moving insuranceAfter all this is going half way across the globe and being handled multiple times including unloading for customs exam in UK and reloading again for deliveryClient should claim insurance and we will assist in any paperwork needed for claim processAs for the amount disputed, I do not see any reason for any refund at allThis is not a criminal case, there are no punitive damages or compensation for pain and suffering

We shopped around for the best price and Inter Movers came in lowest for a quote moving to UKFrom the beginning we found the people at Inter Movers to be honest, helpful, and pleasantEveryone was great to work with: Michael, our estimator and the three men who did the heavy lifting and loading were a pleasure to deal withThe move itself went on without any problems, and the final cost was exactly what was estimatedWould use them again without hesitation if mood strikes to move back to the states

They were so efficient to finish our one bedroom moving quickly though we had a lot of stuffThey pay attention to detailsI'd recommend them

Client has paid for transporting goods to Durban South Africa. His quote did not include any port/terminal handling charges. Shipment was transshipped via Hong Kong since there is no direct to Durban.... Charges that client is being asked for is for local port charges in Durban. There are no charges from Hong Kong. Anyways, we have asked destination agent to see if charges could be reduced and they were reduced as per email to me in copy of shipper.

I was impressed by their professionalism and courtesy It was obvious my items were cared for and the workers didn't lolly gag or waste time They were smooth and efficient Another thing worth mentioning is that I never had a problem getting someone on the phone to answer my questions and provide me updates They always responded right away to my emails and/or taking my calls and that is worth a lot in my book Great experience (as much as moving can be) and I will definitely use these guys again in the future

Today another partial payment was made to *** *** as agreed

This is then 2nd time we used Inter Movers LLCIn December we moved my mother's furniture to PolandThe crew arrived, compiled an inventory list and packed all jer furniture into special material to avoid damageThey also boxed her China and books into boxesOver all service was amazingly fastThe crew was very nice and took instructions without hesitation
My mother's things arrived today, she was very excited when she saw everything arrived in good order
If you're moving to another country, call them and ask to speak to MichaelHe is very knowledgeable and will help you with all your needs

They took the time to come to our old offices a few weeks prior to the move to give us some great moving tips which really speed up the moving and thereby kept the costs lowOn moving day, they showed up on time, their guys were ready and willing to work and they genuinely took care of the whole move so we can sit back and relaxAll the guys were careful, polite and very considerateWould whole-heartedly recommend them!
