The customer’s statement is not true and the Multiplayer on Xbox 360 is not broken. We verified in local testing on 7/**/15 that Red Dead Redemption multiplayer is up and players are currently online. If the customer experienced problems while playing in certain sessions or while playing with certain individuals, we recommend avoiding those sessions or players. The complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company and this is the final comment on the matter.

Rockstar Games has refused to assist me in obtaining a refund for the content that I was banned from the game for buying from Steam (an authorized reseller of Rockstar Games products), they have refused to explain what rule/guideline I violated, and to my knowledge they are maintaining a ban that was imposed upon me simply for purchasing their premium in-game content through Steam.Essentially, they are refusing to allow me to use their product simply for paying them more money through an authorized reseller to obtain more content for the product (GTA Online). Sincerely,

This is a support issue that has been handled via support channels.  The customer confirmed that the discs for our product work in another console, which confirms that the issue is with her console.  We have contacted the manufacturer, Sony, on the customer’s behalf.  Sony support confirmed that they contacted the customer on April *, 2016 and are awaiting response.  This issue should be closed in favor of the company and this is our final comment on the matter.

You are able to prove that my funds were taken from my account, and in the PSN, servers show the total amount earned, and spend and the current amount in my bank account, and it shows that I have a large amount of munds missing, by like $77 Million dollars after the total expenses have been subtracted from the $92 Million hard earned, over hours of playing their game.   YOU CAN FIX THE PROBLEM SO DO IT, BEFORE I SUBMIT A CLAIM TO MY LOCAL NEWS SERVISES PROVIDING THIS INFO THAT Rockstar WILL NOT HELP IT CUSTOMERS

 well I contacted u previously about rockstar games and instead of giving me activation code to activate game they gave me a password reset witch wasnt what I was looking for im looking for a activation code to activate the game that all and they still havent given me one yet I dont think they understand what im asking when u buy game u get activation code to activate it so you can play game I lost paperwork with code on it with a recent move I made and are asking them for another code so I can play game thats it not a password reset for social club!have them send me a activation code so I can play game not a password reset for social club

 This is exactly the copy and paste answer I was expecting to get and it is no different than the "support" on the rockstar website. You say that I was appropriately disciplined for cheating, but how do I know that is really true? What do you mean by 'cheating'? Just saying "cheating" is such a broad term and that could mean either mods or game glitches (which should be on rockstar to fix and the user should not be punished if accidentally glitching the game). And like I said before, if I do not know what I did wrong, then I cannot be expected to not do it again after the suspension is over. I am not expecting a real response from a human being, but in the small change that a real person does respond without a copy and paste message, I would like to know what cheat I committed so I can avoid repeating it. Also, if all you said is "you cheated", how do I know that the automatic system did not have an error and falsely suspend me? I sincerely hope that rockstar improves their support and anti-cheat, because all it is doing is hurting their PR refusing to give any details about suspensions. I know that if it was a mod and they say the exact file that caused the ban that it could compromise the anti-cheat, but for all the people that did not mod or cheat that is just making it look suspicious when you give no details about it other than: "you cheated and that is the final say".

I was promise an refund for the tech department regarding the bug system that is in the vehicle export DLC>I was lied too and have yet to receive my refund. I lost two of the cars I was delivering to a seller and the system as always crash. I need to have my 200,00 refunded back into my account.

The first fix for the performance issue was on 7/**. We posted an update on 7/** since some players are experiencing minor graphics issues when there is a lot happening on the screen, and will be providing an update on the resolution as soon as possible. The game is not unplayable since the problem consists of momentary and occasional graphics performance issues only, on certain hardware setups. This is our fine response, This complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company.

I have already informed Rockstar that my computer was hacked/compromised and that the person who gained access setup a mail rule so that when the account was banned (both times) I never got the email.Rockstar continues to use this flimsy excuse as a way to defraud me out of a game that I paid for. I have already filed a complaint with the NY chamber of Commerce and I will be contacting a lawyer as well.I have informed Rockstar that I have changed the passwords to all of my accounts as well as re-imaged my PC to prevent this from happening again. I had this game for years without issue and now that I have had this issue Rockstar has stolen it from me in an attempt to try and get me to buy the game again in order to play. Its theft, plan and simple. To you Rockstar, I say this. I was playing this game when it was GTA 1 in the 90's. I stood in line until midnight when it GTA V came out. I played the game for years without issue. I have been a loyal fan and customer to the GTA series before you were even a company and this is the way you treat me? You people can't even give me the benefit of the doubt?To the Revdex.com.org I say this. I purchased this game and now rockstar has banned me from playing it.
