I wasn't even awake when the the supposed activity that got my account temporarily banned happened and to even be able to log into my steam account that next day (or latter that morning however you look at it) I had to request a steam password recovery and I changed my Rockstar social club account password just in case and screen caps of the emails from both of those password changes are attached to this replyThe way Rockstar treats their customers is deplorable, I shouldn't have to go threw a consumer protection agency to get a direct answer let alone a condescending one like was providedthere are countless threads of people being banned for using simple overlay programs like Fraps for an FPS counter or MSI afterburner for GPU and FPS stats being banned also and Rockstar is ignoring not only people like me who had nothing to do with it but other innocent people who were also doing nothing wrongi hope you're proud of yourself for exploiting your customers and the people who literally keep your company alive.

No , the ban was not justified, again the first two times was ! I mean everyone else was modding, and interfering with my game play , so yes the first two times was justified, this third time was not You at Rock star just want me to purchase a new game , which I will not ! After my ban for the second time , which was justified, because I was modding , I did absolutely nothing , I play with a friend online who was playing online with me after the second ban was lifted can vouch for me , because we was doing the same thing , just playing GTA the way it was meant to be played , no modding , no nothing ! Seriously If I did something or was modding the third time as you say , why in the world would I be wasting my time with you , I would except it , period! your Permanent ban was not justified
