Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: It is not accurate They can claim whatever they want I DID NOT agree to a limit approximately 50% of what my historical charges have been for over years Additionally, they sent me a letter rejecting my account AFTER they accepted, and processed amounts over the limitThey can claim whatever they want Their records are inaccurate, and they are well aware of their deceptive practicesRisk management at this company told me that the salesperson submitted what it took to open the account! However, what sales told me (as Flagship not iPayment) was a different storyWhy would I open an account, drop my previous processor of over years to sign up with a service that would not meet my needs? Deceptive practices no matter what they claimIt was never disclosed that I was not even doing business with Flagship, and that was just a name to solicit sales! Regards, S [redacted]

Hello, we understand the concern for your business.On or about 6/29/15, the merchant account, F [redacted] Video, was set up to process credit cardsiPayment allows businesses to use credit card services and deposits funds into Merchant AccountsOn page of the Merchant Agreement, a Schedule of Fees is given to the merchant so the merchant knows the actual rates and feesUnfortunately these month end fees are used to keep the Merchant Account open and active and the fees can not be reversedPlease call ###-###-#### between 6am PST and 6pm PST to cancel the account

Upon reviewing the customer's complaint, we did agree to refund the $they were billed as courtesyThe refund was put through on 5/and should be available in the customer's bank account

I have issue with my Pin Pad on Sept 8th it stop working for Debit and Apple Payand over 18+ hours of taking to different reps from ipayment and their third party vendors as of Sept still not resolvedthey sent me new device which I had to purchase againand twice they loaded the wrong program on itI just had with themBeing small business I have lost thousands of dollars and they have no sense of urgency My sales rep talked me into this systemand left me hangingHe will not retune my calls anymoreJonathan [redacted] is horribleHe leads you onand comes back with disappointments The service is horrablesoon as I can I am going to move to different POS system IPAYMENT and Credit Card Processing suck

I opened an account with iPayment in March I have a business that sells electronics and niche gadgets from my web siteI had my account closed in April for having excessive declines on my gatewayThis was the reason explained to me by the representative name StarThese declines came from orders attempting to be placed from my web siteI suggest any merchant who does business from their website take my situation in mind before doing business with this company

Complaint: 10262212I am rejecting this response because: Once again iPayment has avoided answering my complaint that they failed to provide the service they contracted with me to provideIf they can provide evidence that the service they provided actually allowed my company to process charges as specified in the contract, they need to provide that evidenceFor iPayment to concede that they will no longer attempt to collect fees that they were not entitled to is not a satisfactory responseThey need to return all fees that they assessed to my three accounts because they failed to provide the services they billed me forWhy is it so difficult for them to understand that? For a company to deduct fees from a persons bank account for services that were not provided is not ethicalIf it is a pattern that they refuse to refund fees when all evidence shows that they did not provide the services, that is fraud.Regards, [redacted] %

They ripped me off big timeThe salesperson convinced me to switch to them by telling me low rate approval 1.6%I opened an account with them and after my first transaction I notice it is not 1.6% in fate it was more than 3.5% plus their stupid monthly fee and device fee even statement feeMore than that they hold my account because of my transactions went above their approval even I gave them my previous merchant account statement they approved me for a stupid amount of 30k per monthTo keep it short, they push me to reversed my transactions and ruined my reputation in front of my clientsAnyway, more funny they billed for sweeping and returning those transactions at the end of monthThere was a stupid guy name Juan from risk management who doesn't undestand anything at allAt the end, one word, this company is a real scam, do not make a same mistake as I didTheir fee is so high and their service is horrible, worst in the town
