Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: They should refund the February chargeI sent them a fax back in December to cancel my accountThey lost itI also want to know why it takes so long to close an account and then they charge me for closing my account even though I wasn't even using their service during that timeI stopped using it months beforeI was also told over the phone by their customer service that I wasn't going to be charged any more and then they charged me againI'm tired of these companies milking people and slipping in chargesThe monthly charges should stop when I call and cancel my accountYou can take as long you want to process the cancellation but don't charge me for a service after I called and cancelled it and I am not even using it, after you already lost the fax that I sent previously Regards, [redacted]

Hello,This account was opened on 11/26/and closed on 1/2/due to Security risk There are severe risk issues relating to continuous chargebacks, this is why the funds were placed on hold Since the original held $1697, there have been chargebacks which have diminished the amount held to $ It is anticipated due to the issues with how the sales were conducted that more chargebacks could come through, these funds are held to cover the amount These funds are held for up to days per the agreement which is common in the processing industry when security issues arise We hope this explanation helps clear up any confusion, these funds will remain on hold to cover the costs of further chargebacks

BEWARE!!!! I was shopping around for a new merchant company, thought I might go with this companyGot as far as giving them my bank info, but never heard back from them on purchase of a machine, so I could actually use their merchant company? I was shocked to discover they had proceeded to charge two months of merchant fees for a machine that never existed or was turned on.They promised me a refund, I never got itThen when I blocked them from my bank they are now threatening to take me to collections!!!! Complaint: I am not yet approving this response because: It was made perfectly clear on the original phone call I received that we did not have a high volume of credit card business, that we do use a merchant processor, but we do not use a physical terminal I was told that none of this was an issue and all I had to do was meet with the representative to be eligible for the $offer MrMcAdams' phone call was never disconnected, not by me anyway It is possible he reached the other owner at an inopportune time; we do deal with animals after all I appreciate that iPayment Incis willing to make this right by issuing me a check per the offer I received; however, I would prefer the case to remain open until this check has been received Reasons: The original company response sounded like they were denying the offer ever existed It is impossible to reach anyone at this company by phone or e-mail I simply do not trust themyet! We have reviewed the complaint and confirmed the release and receipt of the depositAs previously mentioned multiple calls were placed to the business from the day the debits occurred until the funds were releasedThere were also multiple attempts to receive invoices and other correspondence from the customer that went unansweredThe review of the transactions and the release of funds is completeUnfortunately no reimbursement will be made, as we are able to hold and review funds as listed in the agreement and without cooperation from the customer this process can be delayed

We have reviewed the customers complaintWe are showing each charge was sepcified on the agreement, and did confirm the termination fee is listed as ($if cancelled within the 1st year of term, $for the remainder of the year agreement)If the customer were to close their account they would be charged $not $If the customer wishes to proceed with the closure I have attached the closure request form needed to close the account

This is the worst credit card company ever! Don't fall for this "a" rating it's be! If I would of done a little more research on this company I would of never dealt with them! I just started my company and decided to process a medium transaction of $its been weeks! And they have a hold on my funds and won't release the itI've called over times to resolve this issue and all they do is put me thru loops and hoops to get my funds release continuing to ask for all types of different documents every time I call them which I have provided and I'm still struggling to get my funds back while my company is on hold for this transaction! I just should of taken a check and never dealt with this company if you're reading this stay away from this "company" it's a scamIf I don't receive my money in more days I'm going to just have to get a lawyer!

I am unable to address this further on a individual level as we do not have enough information to go by As I did mention however, we can have this addressed on a company level regarding the handling of new sales But without specifics I cannot identify the sales rep just by their first name.Thank you

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because iPayment is clearly not acknowledging the detailed information I provided such as the dates and credits and debits from my business account We're requesting an official audit of the transactions based on the information provided previously and listed below Where are their facts to prove their actions They have taken money that was not their and the transactions show that: The following transactions from my bank account below show they credit money into my business account after a transaction and took it back out the following business day Date: 06/20/ Transaction amount: $2, Deposit amount (Credit): $2, Transaction number: [redacted] Date: 06/23/ Debit amount from the account: $1, Debit amount from the account: $1, Transaction number: [redacted] After the customer compliant through his credit card provider because services weren't rendered because the money was taken out of my account as indicated above On July Flagship debited my account for $which was not their money because they debited my account in transactions on June It was the amount money they deposited to my account on June They have taken money which is not theirs I contacted customer service who promised my money would be returned and months later I still do not have Regards, [redacted]

Hello, iPayment realizes the frustration this may have caused for the businessThe reason funds are on hold for thirty days is for protection for both the merchant and iPaymentShould the cardholder dispute a transaction, we would use the reserve amount to cover any disputes caused by the card holderAfter the estimated days, the funds will be released to the checking's account on fileSince there was a previous dispute for $942.53, iPayment must raise a flag for future disputes on the account; thus, any reserves will be released after the estimated days

We have reviewed the complaintWe are willing to honor the original offer of months of refunds and the additional months request has been delayed, which looks to be since JuneWe still need a closure request form to be sent in as all requests need to be in writingI have reattached the form which needs to be completed and returned to process the closureThe refund offer will still stand, we need to closure form simply to stop the reoccuring monthly billing

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: iPayment's response is leaving out facts that I DID sign and send them cancellation notices via email, fax, and US mail multiple times across several years I did use their proper form Whether they lost them, misappropriated the form or the mailman lost them is not the issue I am the principal on the business, Unidatum Integrated Products They chose to not respond to my multiple cancellation notices And they are choosing to not address this issue by ignoring responsibility for NOT properly cancelling my account Two things can happen going forward: Continued denial of cancellation and use of a collections company to collect on a late fee despite cancellation requests for Unidatum Integrated Products And misuse of using my personal name to report a perceived business debt between iPayment and Unidatum Integrated Products This will result in this issue not being resolved to my satisfaction through the Revdex.com channel And this will initiate the process of me putting together a lawsuit in my county of Misssissippi claiming damages in excess of $have been done on A [redacted] ***'s credit profile and a second lawsuit issued by Unidatum Integrated Products against iPayment for not delivering services and ignoring cancellation requests per the Merchant Service Agreement for over months amounting to over $that we will ask to be refunded All of this will be presented and judged upon in Mississippi That's two lawsuits of which I will update the Revdex.com with on the status of as well as to make it public knowledge Public knowledge of lawsuits on these matters can in the future assist similar complaints made by other people in class actions that class action lawyers may be putting together Close collection processes and deliver a letter saying there is no debt owed between A [redacted] and iPayment This would result in the issue being resolved and would allow me to provide proof to credit agencies that there is no debt Please include in future correspondences the name, position, and location of the person responsible for responding to this Revdex.com complaint Also include their direct manager Their decision on how to settle or not settle this complaint in the Revdex.com forum should be clear and accountable This is a serious matter and I will use all means legally to have this issue resolved Regards, A [redacted] ***
