At pm I receive a call from a supervisor of Ipsy company telling me they will refund dlls for the remaining months and my account will still cancelled, she promises she will send an email with this informationAlso , she promises to send three products, the lipstick that was damage, the shadows missing for my reward points and an extra product like compensation for all this trouble, whoever, I will not drop this case until all those promises will be fullfilledThe email with information was supossed to be in less than an hour and I did not receive anyI look in spam just in case the email could be there, and it was not there neitherKeep working in this case, please, we should not let companies like this stole poor people !

I signed up for Ipsy on July 16th, Later I received this email:
Hi ***,
Thanks for subscribing! Your first Glam Bag will arrive soonWe'll attempt to bill your card for this month if we have spaces left for this month's bagIf we don't have spaces left for this month, we'll bill you on the 1st of next monthOnce you've been billed, we'll start prepping your first Glam Bag for shipmentYou'll get an email with your tracking code when it leaves our warehouse
Well Ipsy has taken two months' worth of payments out of my account and I still have not received a bag
I understood there was a waiting listHowever, what I don't understand is why Ipsy is taking my money and not sending me anything
I have sent Ipsy two emails so far

Our support team is always happy to help, and when MsNava reached out to us on March 28th inquiring about a refund and her experience at ipsy Gen Beauty, our team responded back on March 31st and
explained that though all sales for this event are final, we were happy to provide her feedback to help shape future eventsWe followed up with MsNava on April 26th to let her know that though we could still not provide a refund for these tickets, we would be happy to provide her with a couple free credits to help make up for the trouble

This company advertises and sells you a "personalized beauty bag" to try some new brands etc, when you sign up you do a quiz that asks your beauty preferences and asks you to check off "products that you use"
For five months I never checked off eyeshadow and eyelinerI hate itI only use liquid because pencil is cheap, it tugs and melts in transitIn five months I received THREE eyeshadow snd THREE BLACK eyelinersI always rated these items poorly and emailed ipsy care to figure out how to stop receiving products that I just throw out because no one wants themThey told me "they can't guarantee which products go in your bag and which products are left out, it's random!" and to go onto a Reddit website to trade open makeup with strangers! That was their solution! Like noI'm paying for a personalized bag I should be the person that gets to and wants to use the products
Going through the comments on their social media I am not at all the only one who feels this wayAnd it's often the eyeliner they request to have removed from their bags--it's a full sized filler I get thatBut it's cheap and annoying and I'd rather a sample size of something I'm going to use or something newIt's bad business not to listen to your customers
Either change this practice or change the way you advertise your bags (because it's false) and remove the quiz altogether
So disappointed I spent five months giving them a chance

Shipping is fast, I love the samples and it's fairly inexpensive

First off I love the products that I receive from this company! They really tailor it to fit me! Secondly, today I tried to use a mousse I had received from them and it didn't work (not ipsys fault)So I emailed them and almost immediately got a response back from "***"She handled my complaint so fast I couldn't believe itNot to mention how NICE she wasThank you Ipsy for being so awesome!

I signed up for a one year subscription as a Christmas gift for my daughterAfter giving my credit card infoI then got a confirmation email congratulating me for being on the wait list, and offering a potential to "skip" the line by getting other to sign upThere was never any information about wait list until after they have your credit card informationThis is very sneaky and misleadingI then tried to call and cancel but the phone number listed tells you that the customer service dosen't actually take calls that I need to email themI then email them but have not heard back

Yes, Ipsy.com has issued a refund of $90.00 to my bank account on the 23rd of August. Thank you for making sure.

business practices. Issues were only resolved, once I contacted the Revdex.com. They should not have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com. Thank you

Ipsy has refunded me a portion of what I paid but has not refunded me the total amount.

I am writing this due to a marketing campaign sent by ipsy on my behalf after signing up. I signed up for ipsy and selected 3 people to email upon registration from my Gmail account. The email went out to every contact I had in my Gmail account in addition to my company email (separate domain and account from my Gmail). So, an email campaign was sent from my company email account to all my contacts as well as my Gmail account and all of my Gmail contacts. I did not agree for this marketing piece to be sent and it was completely unprofessional as it was sent to business contacts from not only my Gmail account but my company email account with a subject line reading "Gorgeous, you're going to love this too!".
I have emailed ipsy and am waiting for a response. Horrible experience and I am shocked that this is possible and compliant!
