I canceled my subscription over a month ago and I'm still being charged for items I've never received and that I do not want to receive I never got a payment notice I just checked my account I would like a full refund

I was subscribed to Ipsy's monthly glam bag service from August 2015 to November 2015. Not once, in four months, was a glam bag successfully delivered to my house. The tracking device was both fradulent and inaccurate. Each month I would follow the tracking code to see where the package was. Once the package was said to have been delivered on a Sunday (No post on Sundays.) Twice the package was said to have been delivered on a day that I got no mail AT ALL. My mail carrier had no packages for me. What a fake. Although Ipsy charged me the same amount every month for the products, I never actually received them. I contacted both Ipsy's Care team and the United States Postal Service multiple times about the issue and it was never resolved; I would go to my local post office and the USPS would search thoroughly for the packages but eventually concluded to never having received them either. Ipsy always offered to send another bag out - but it became tiresome and excessive to have to notify them EVERY month that I had not received the products that THEY charged me for. The one time that they did send out a replacement bag (in September) it took weeks to arrive and was not actually delivered to me directly - I had to go to my local post office again to see if It was there because THAT never came! It was, fortunately, there so I did a few product reviews and I thought to give Ipsy a second chance. But now, after both my October subscription AND my November have ALSO never been delivered despite the package tracker stating otherwise. I have to cancel my service. I have been ripped off for my money, and from the reviews/comments/complaints I have read online, I can see that I'm far from the only one. Shame on Ipsy, I will NEVER subscribe again.

I signed up for Ipsy after I seen it on [redacted] and I have had nothing but a positive experience with them and really enjoy trying all the new products for a small fee. I like that I can try things and decide if I want to buy full size item. I happened to check out the reviews on here after I subscribed and have to admit I became a bit nervous, but stayed patient until I got my first glam bag and just like they promised I've gotten my bags mid month. I just told a friend about this company because I love them and she has now signed up. I wanted to write this positive review because so many people are quick to write negative review.

I tried canceling my subscription and they did not cancel. I sent back to sender my monthly packages and was not refunded the money. I had my credit card company stop the automatic payments and ipsy sent them through under a different retail number and did not even send me a package. I eventually had to cancel my credit card.

My mother in law joined ipsy. A few months ago she had to go into a nursing home and we cancelled her subscription online. They still bill her account and don't send any product. We have tried calling ipsy and they don't take phone calls. We have tried emailing ipsy several times with no response. All we want is for ipsy to stop stealing her money and refund her money. Can't believe this company is still in business and stealing elderly money. A warning to all that if you are thinking about joining ipsy I would think twice. They will take your money and there is no way to cancel your subscription without cancelling your bank account and starting a new bank account.

I have had an account with Ipsy for almost 4 years. While checking my bank account, I noticed that I was charged 4 times. Now having two subscriptions, I know I am supposed to have 2 charges, 4 is excessive. Two of the charges were cleared but two were still pending. The first thing I did was call my bank to see if it was an error on their end. My bank told me that the company's system charged me 4 times and to wait for the charges to drop, but the bank will hold on to the money until it does.
I contacted Ipsy, which the only way to do that is to tweet them or email them. They basically brushed it off that the charges were dropped and I was only charged twice. This has never happened in the 4 years that I have been an Ipsy subscriber. I would have to wait up to 5 business days to have that money put back into my account.
Instead of brushing me by telling me I don't know what I am talking about, an apology would be nice. Horrible customer service and I seriously thinking about cancelling my two subscriptions with Ipsy.

I signed up for ipsy without doing my research, so I decided to cancel that month, the ipsy team understood my concern and said "they'd be there when I wanted to come back" (they send me make up and care more then a boyfriend!). A couple months later my friends seemed to be happy with their glam bags so I decided to join back in. I have never had a problem with any product, nor have I complained about anything sent to me. This is a great way to find new love for brands and possibly make them homey in your makeup stach. I know I have!

Some one fraudulently signed up for Ipsy using my email address. Ever since, I've received countless emails from Ipsy asking for payment for a subscription I never ordered. I've responded to Ipsy on multiple occasions to inform them someone has fraudulently used my email address to open an account with them and to remove my email from their records and they haven't responded or taken any action. I gave them one last chance to do so before informing them I would report them to the Revdex.com and still no action taken. They clearly do not care about protecting people's information or if accounts are set up fraudulently.

I love Ipsy, I have been a member for over a year now & I'm always so excited for my "glam bag" to arrive each month. The only issue I have is while their "personalization" options are good, they are limited.

For the last 3 months I have canceled my subscription to their service/ web site per their instructions on the web site. To date I have not received a cancellation confirmation. They still keep sending me their bags & billing my card. I have placed a telephone call & never got through to speak with anyone or even leave a message. I need this account cancelled immediately! Please help.

No product received. Its been 3 months since I ordered. No working number for this business. Absolute worst experienced ever with a business.

Yes, Ipsy.com has issued a refund of $90.00 to my bank account on the 23rd of August. Thank you for making sure.

This customer is charging a debit card that is not active anymore and yet they still managed to pull money out of my checking account. I have never provided an updated debit card number. Many IPSY customers have tried to unsubscribe to the service via their website without success. The company has no customer service phone number. Please look into the business practices of this company. They are hacking people's bank accounts and need to be stopped immediately!!!

This is the first company I have wanted to write a positive review on. I joined ipsy back in December of 2015 and since that time they have gone above and beyond what any normal company would do to ensure customer satisfaction. I have never had a company go out of their way to help like this one. I received a sample from them that was mostly empty I emailed them they quickly sent another one out. I received a glambag with a faulty zipper they quickly sent out another. I signed up a referral but was unable to follow proper guidelines to get my reward points. A couple of months later I emailed and asked them if I could still receive them and they gave me the points. In the last instance they really went above and beyond as it was my responsibility to follow proper rules but they gave me a pass. If only all companies were this great. I am so impressed.

Apparently this company does not have a customer service site! I have tried numerous sites trying to cancel my membership and cannot locate a site which offers this option. I tried the phone # given on a site, but all you get is an advertisement about the product, again no option to even speak with someone. I find it hard to believe that this kind omittance is not scam related. If you have an account , you should not have a problem contacting them. I am very upset at the prospect of having to spend more money to issue a stop payment for the monthly charge when I should be able to have them do it at no charge.

I am in absolute love with Ipsy. I have only been a member for a 6 months. But don't get me wrong there were a few mishaps on my second and third bag. My second bag came with different samples than the website said I would receive. So I wrote the ipsy care a message about the problem and sent a picture of the samples I received. Ipsy care responded within a hour. They sincerely apologized for the mix up. But to make it even better they sent me a brand new bag with the correct samples and allowed me to keep the wrong ones. Within a week I had that new bag. On my second bag I had a broken sample. once again I wrote ipsy care and they sent me a new sample. It came within the week of me calling. Ipsys customer service is amazing. They care about their customers. For only 10 dollars a month which turns into only 2 dollars a sample and a free bag you can't go wrong. After ipsy showed me their main concern is to take care of their customers, keep me smiling, I decided to sign up for a year and haven't had a problem or mix up since. It's sooooo worth it. I would recommend this is anyone that wants to try fun and new makeup products, brushes, mud masks, nail polish etc. Ipsy is here for anyone and everyone who wants to experiment with new/ different/styles of makeup. All my friends and family now have the ipsy glam bag, they love it and also say it is like a little gift to them from them every month!

I finally received my December GLAM bag, but to date have NOT received my...

NOVEMBER GLAM bag, and it's January 4th. That is is unacceptable. The latest I've heard from the company is that I will receive the GLAM bag by Jan 8. This is after I was told I would receive it by December 28. I'm STILL waiting for the bag I was charged for at the beginning of November.
