There is always more than one side to the story We are sorry you feel that way.On April 20th Mr [redacted] left a message for regarding a refund for work we had performed I spoke with those involved and they both remembered working on it and performing the services At this point I contacted Mr [redacted] and he stated that his local mechanic had looked at his truck and said that none of the fluids had been changed (Power Steering, Trans, Brake & Diff Oil) So the customer authorized “his mechanic” to replace all the fluids So he felt that “his mechanic” stated the fluids looked dirty then we should refund the him I advised Mr [redacted] that I had checked with the technician and remembered the truck and did perform the fluid services Mr [redacted] thanked me and hung up mins later Mr [redacted] called back and was no demanding I refund him He became very rude and started to yelling and swearing saying that he believes “his mechanic” over a huge dealer & that he has been using him for yearsHe also stated that he always does his research before using a business and “his mechanic” has a star rating and we only have a star rating I stated ok that being said, does he have any test strips showing the fluid was bad? Or did anyone contact us to let us know the condition of the fluid? It was adding up and again without calling us prior or providing any proof I wouldn’t issue a refund Mr [redacted] then stated he will slam Ira on all Social media and contact the Revdex.com unless I refund him $He also stated his sister is a lawyer and she will send us a letter He also stated we are a multi-million dollar company who lies to everyone so $is nothing Mr [redacted] continued to scream & swear and said he will slam us on review sites and to have a great day

The tires were recommended because they were "chopped" the tread would have passed for State Inspection There is no guaranteed mileage on tires Length of tire life is based on driving habits, tire pressure, and alignment

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] It is rather unfortunate that IRA Toyota and specifically [redacted] the Service Manager continue to stretch the truth.I will admit I made some mistakes in this transaction (see ***, its not that hard) After visiting IRA Toyota on March 4th and hearing squealing from my power steering pump, and feeling slippage in my transmission, I SHOULD have brought the truck to IRA Toyota for an inspection of their work My mistake.However, I did bring my truck to the local reputable mechanic to look at my power steering, transmission and two other unrelated issues a tuand exhaust manifold workI did this partly because of the exorbitant costs from IRA Toyota I paid $total for fluid exchanges (and the only one conducted was the oil change)While inspecting my vehicle, the local mechanic notified me that the rear differential gasket was broken and leaking, the power steering fluid was low and dirty The transmission plug had not been removed in some time, and when the fluid came out it was black like oil, and the magnetic strip on the plug was covered in metal shavings Additionally when inspecting the brake lines, and fluid reservoir it was determined the entire brake system needed to be flushed.I don't understand why Ira Toyota and [redacted] are so adamant against admitting a mistake Maybe the service technician forgot to do the work, maybe he was overwhelmed on a busy day and let this job slip Maybe it is common practice at IRA Toyota to not perform the services paid for to unsuspecting consumers, an additional way to make more money off the consumer Regardless, IRA Toyota made a mistake and refuse to accept that fact.Additionally the service manager [redacted] is very untruthful in his report Yes I got angry on the phone call, and told him if the refund was not provided I would contact my attorney, the Revdex.com, the State Attorney General and the Dealer Ratings websites listed on their receipts I am only following through with the only recourse of action when an unscrupulous business takes advantage of unsuspecting consumers.I also only got angry after [redacted] mocked me during the phone call, telling me that I am "not an important enough customer" to be refunded, seeing as this was the only service I have ever had at IRA I tried to inform [redacted] that I had previously purchased a Toyota Corrola in from IRA and had it serviced for almost three years there, in addition to a [redacted] I had serviced on multiple occasions [redacted] wouldn't stop talking over me in a condescending voice telling me that my opinion or story doesn't matter because its "My word versus his" and he would never agree to a refund.Bottom line, I paid for services which were never delivered, [redacted] got called out on it and became very confrontational and aggressive It is unfortunate that a business I have spent thousands of dollars at is unwilling to admit that a mistake was made, and refund my $[redacted] is a very aggressive, condescending, uncooperative, unscrupulous and rude individual I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with.Buyer beware at IRA Toyota and their suspect and shady business practices.Regards, [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] bought his car in on 9-6-with 111,miles and requested the following items Oil and filter change, customer states engine coolant light comes on and off, customer states rattle from the front end, brakes squeaking, Mass State inspection sticker Specific to the coolant light: We verified coolant level low pressure tested coolant system and found no external leaks at the time Filled coolant to proper level and told customer it needed to be monitored.Vehicle was brought back in 11-3-with 111,miles Customer stated coolant light on and engine running hot We found the coolant leaking from the crank case sensor and recommended the repair which Mr [redacted] declined It is also stated on the repair order that the vehicle should not be driven in this condition.The customer has all of this documentation and has signed it.We value Mr [redacted] 's business and would be glad to work with him on the cost to repair the coolant leak on his vehicle We won't be refunding him for money that had nothing to do with the coolant leak

Mr [redacted] was terminated recently from the company for an integrity issue He received a copy of the contract when he purchased the [redacted] The statement that we charge $to receive a copy of the contract is completely false We can provide another copy any time he wants

We apologize that Mr [redacted] 's experience was less that satisfactory during his purchase of a [redacted] Integrity is one of the core values of our company so we would never purposely mislead a customer There was a mistake on the web page in regard to trim level The General Manager of the store has spoken directly with the customer and apologized The following is what occurred/transpired.Trim was listed in the ad as an XLE by mistake was supposed to be an LE modelThe MSRP Discount and Model number listed in the ad was for an LE modelWe told the customer we would honor the same discount from MSRP on any Trim he picked out.We fixed the ad as soon as we discovered itVehicle had miles on it because we installed heated seats per customer requestWe cut check and mailed out on 2/16/check has not been cashed as of yetCalled customer today he never received it I am cancelling original check and having one cut in the store for him to pick up tomorrow

The advertisement clearly states up to 130% of [redacted] value The Ira Motor Group has given you 110% of [redacted] value for your vehicle which is clearly within the scope of what was advertised In addition we have heavily discounted every new vehicle you have shown interest in

The advertisement is very specific and states we will give trade value UP TO 130% of [redacted] (***) value The value is based on mileage and condition Mr [redacted] did not purchase his trade from our company the vehicle does not have the original manufacture stereo and has had paint work on one of the doors [redacted] good condition is $18,we are offering $20,which is 110% of that value and well within what we have advertised.Mr [redacted] owes approximately $26k on his current loan Which is $5k more than the value of the vehicle He is also looking at a $43k Tundra and trying to keep his payment the same This isn't mathematically possible The Ira Motor Group has honored what was advertised

Ms [redacted] terminated a lease early and leased another vehicle She had payments in the amount of $1,due on her current lease The dealership agreed to make the remaining payments on her current lease when she leased the new vehicleMs*** signed a form acknowledging thisThe dealership made the remaining payments as agreed upon and I have provided that documentation to Mr*** When she received a bill for excess wear and tear and overdue mileage on the lease she terminated she says she was told that was part of the deal This was neither told to her or what the dealership agreed to in writing (which has her signature on it).Because this was Ms***'s 2nd lease from our dealership I told Mr [redacted] that we would pay for half of the excess mileage bill I felt it wasn't fair for us to absorb the entire expense as we did not exceed the allowable miles on the lease, likely the reason Ms [redacted] was trying to terminate the lease agreement early, as she was well over the miles she contracted for with more months before the contract expired.Mr [redacted] stated he would prefer to go to court

After speaking with the general manager at Ira Subaru, we agreed on the damages being fixed properly, at the minimal cost to the dealership and time down for my vehicleI wanted to ensure that the car was not painted beyond sale value for future decisions if I do decide to sell and that this option would allow my car to keep its full value without more than regular depreciationThe GM offered to install clear bra on the front of the vehicle as a good will service from them to help protect future damages, rock chips etcI accepted these provisions above and removed all negative reviews online to reflect positiveThank you Regards, [redacted]

We apologize that there is damage on the customers vehicle We walk around every car when it is dropped off and if there is damage anywhere on the vehicle confirm it with the customer If we make a mistake or damage a customers vehicle we own up to it and resolve the issue.This customer took the vehicle and says he saw the damage on his vehicle that night but didn't bring it to our attention until two weeks later That isn't logical.We would be happy to work with the customer on the repair of the vehicle
