The Ira Motor Groups response has not changed and our response is copied below. We would be glad to purchase the vehicle back at current market value. Based on the time Mr*** has had the vehicle and the mileage he has put on the vehicle to expect a full refund is not reasonable.Mr*** purchased a used vehicle from Ira Lexus with 43,miles on it. He signed a copy of the *** ** *** Limited Used Vehicle Warranty. Based on the mileage and year of the vehicle he had days or 2,miles of warranty. Ira Lexus has replaced the headlight, fixed the air conditioning and suspension issues all at ZERO cost to Mr***. This work was done in May well past the Massachusetts Limited Used Vehicle Warranty. Ira Lexus incurred a cost of $2,to correct these issues.Mr*** did purchase an extended service contract which is valid for months or 50k miles from the date and mileage of purchase. There is a $deductible for covered items. This coverage is good at any repair facility they just need to get prior authorization before performing any work.None of the items listed above are safety issues from 1-11-and look like regular maintenance recommendations.We disagree that Mr*** purchased a lemon as he has used the vehicle for over a year. Ira Lexus apologized that Mr*** had some issues with the vehicle but we stepped up and corrected them at no cost to him

Mr*** brought his *** with 117,miles in for service on March 4th. Ira Toyota performed all the work requested and takes offense to the insinuation that we did not do the work performed that Mr*** paid us to do. Integrity is a core value of our company that we
take very seriously I have spoken to the employees involved in the transaction and have complete confidence the work was done. Mr*** has a copy of this work repair order # ***.Mr*** contacted the dealership on April 20th almost weeks from when his car was serviced here demanding a refund. It's not logical Mr*** authorized another mechanic to perform and pay to do the same work he felt was just done weeks prior.If he had given us the opportunity we would have been glad to inspect the vehicle with both his mechanic and Mr***

Our response has not changed. The work performed was done no where in the area of the failed blower motor. The customer has an older vehicle with high miles mechanical issues can occur. Our company has diagnosed the problem at no cost to the consumer

We apologize that our technician damaged the dash during the recall repair. *** *** spoke with Ms*** yesterday afternoon and agreed the repair done to the dash was not adequate. They have scheduled another visit to resolve the issue. Mr*** assured Ms
*** that the dash repair will be completed to her and her husband's satisfaction

The info on the contract is not clearly marked and if your company knows that the date on agreement is actutally 5/21/that is the date that my contract should read not the I purchased my car. The year the car went in service that should be year state on my contract you do not put that date on my contract as the agreement effective date. Why is that it is fraud!

Ms*** had the rear brakes cleaned and adjusted on 11-19-the vehicle had 27,miles on it. She came in on 9-7-and stated there is a screeching noise when braking the vehicle now has 37,miles on it. We found the front brake rotors to be slightly pitted. Ms***
was quoted to replace the front rotors but we could also try and resurface them at less expense. The front brake pads are fine at 7mm. The braking system is working fine and this is not a safety issue for the customer.Some noise is considered and brake wear is not covered under by the manufacturers warranty

The tires were recommended because they were "chopped" the tread would have passed for State Inspection.  There is no guaranteed mileage on tires.  Length of tire life is based on driving habits, tire pressure, and alignment.

I have had zero paint or body work done to the car. I have the original factory stereo and it's ready to be installed if I was to trade the car in. The dealer is alleging that my trade in is valued at 18k, on Sunday they told me it was worth 16k. So the story keeps changing. I came into this with honest and realistic intentions. None of this changes the fact that I was spoken to in a condescending tone by a manager because of the make and model of my vehicle. During the visit I was also told that the dealership doesn't use [redacted] or [redacted] (a Value Your Trade website they use on their website), but now that I have logged a complaint, they use [redacted]. Interesting.

There are no comments on the customers rejection to our response.

I put a down payment down for a truck Ira toyata was allready haveing shiped to them as a hold so I could see yhe truck when it arrived.the dealer as you can see in the pictures of the recipts failed to put my name on my receipt for my money.they put [redacted] who is my  fiance. Its my card my money..the teuck got to ira and it was smaller than I had hioed and not how it was discribed . I didnt want it . I was told a bigger truck was available they had to get . at this puont not one person at ira toyata could give me a strate price or quote and had two men speak to me as if to a child and I was completely offended and left the dealer . I was told I could not have my money back becouse they had to get a truck on the lot. I disagree I would have bot the truck if they listened or were not completely rude and offensive . the dealer is Ira toyata danvers ma . [redacted] .01923. I made the down payment march 10 as you can see on the receipt. And have been asking for a refound seance march 13th aprox . Mmy number is [redacted] my address is [redacted] 01930

Mr. [redacted] was terminated for an integrity issue that we could take legal action and prosecute him for.  The fact that he questions our companies integrity is laughable.

I am writing a response for my second rejection of the business answer.In their response they clearly state that the tires would pass inspection.  If this is true then why was I told they would not and they would "fail" my state inspection if I did not buy new tires.   Obviously this was an attempt, which worked, to get me to buy a new set of tires which I did not need.
