Hi [redacted] We are sorry to hear about the loss of your husband As you had mentioned, you did become a member of AHIMA on August 24, (order # [redacted] ) To join as a member you paid $which is one year’s membership [redacted] I noticed in your inquiry you had mentioned that to take the exam you must be a member of AHIMA However, I do want to stress that this is incorrect AHIMA membership is optional and you absolutely do not need to be a member in order to apply for an exam Also on August 24, 2015, you had submitted a customer service inquiry, in written form via the web, to AHIMA asking for information in regards to the CCS credential An AHIMA representative replied to your inquiry on August 26, and provided you with a direct link our website with instructions that directed you to the CCS information on our website The CCS information would have included “Recommended Resources” which offered a variety of options that you could use if you chose to do so In other words, these resources were recommended not required [redacted] we do not have any record of you purchasing any products from us other than your AHIMA membership Would you have AHIMA order reference numbers that you can send to us? On September 1, 2015, you submitted a customer service inquiry, in written form via the web, that we replied to on September 2, Your inquiry was asking about clarification in regards to the ATT letter and month eligibility period We explained that you would receive your ATT letter within to business days of purchasing the exam and then you would have a month eligibility to schedule and take the exam Please note, we do not have any record of you purchasing the AHIMA exam [redacted] we will contact you tomorrow via the phone number we have on file to further discussSincerely, ***AHIMA Customer Relations

Hi [redacted] , Our course practice quizzes allow five attempts When you had contacted us asking for us to reset the course practice quiz, we had mentioned to you that we were not able to reset the course quiz However, we offered to provide you with a new code The new code would allow you to start over [redacted] , our LMS help desk does not have any tickets on file in regards to the course continuously timing out We have confirmed that you were able to make progress in the course Would you like us to provide a new code to you? Hi *** Please remember that candidates are provided a four month eligibility timeframe to schedule their exam. The system will not allow you to reschedule if it’s outside your four month eligibility period. On July 11, 2016, you sent us an online inquiry asking for a refund for the
CCA exam. *** a representative from AHIMA, responded to your inquiry via email on July 13, 2016. *** email indicated that she processed a refund for you less the $processing fee. *** plus the Candidate Guide mentions that “any candidate who reschedules or cancel his or her appointment between days and hours prior to the exam date will be charged a penalty of $by *** ***”. The $and $fees are stated in our Candidate Guide. *** please remember, upon completing your application when you were originally registering for your exam there was a checkbox that you would have had to acknowledge saying you understand the information that is in our Candidate Guide.
