I am rejecting this response because:I am fully aware of the “responsibilities” I accepted when I signed up for the test. I spoke with your respresentatives specifically for that reason. The Code book I have has the same information in the same location in the book as it still maintains codes for the previous year. So basically how would have this effected my test score? The short answer is it wouldn’t have seeing as how the new edition has the same information. KNOWING this I called everyone I could including your department. I now know that the representatives that I spoke with do not know the policies themselves. I feel like I was set up by your company to fail the test because I was still provided incorrect information regardless of the policies that I “accepted”. I acknowledged that I had the incorrect book but your company lied to me about the policy at the same time.

Number !- they did not admit or apologize for the delay in sending me the ATT, and for the time I wasted trying to get that issue resolved despite the same person (Janet send me an email confirming their receipt of the missing paper she said about 3 months ago. 2nd : she did not mention how long the seminars re-plays are good for?

Hi [redacted], Your books and exam order were placed on 11/22/16.  On January 9, 2017, you contacted us to ask for a refund for your books and the exam order.   In regards to the books, when you contacted us on January 9, 2017 it was already passed the 30 day time frame to return the...

It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure eligibility before submitting the application. I am rejecting this response because:Since this is my first year after being a student member, don't I have an opportunity for a new grad membership for $100, and $10 added to that if certified?  I had it in my cart, and it has went away.  If I can get that I would like to do that get the new grad membership, and a refund on my $175.  I had no clue about the $150 biyearly fee.  This should be explained in the HIT curriculum.  It's so unfair to have new grads get bombarded with fees.
