Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This is response to the complaint I filed with Revdex.com An email was sent to me on August **, and was given six days to respond I am responding on the sixth day and my issue has not been resolved with iYogi An Expressed Contract was between iYogi and I where iYogi had offered me 24/complete tech support and optimization for two full years I accepted their offer by paying them the money which iYogi charged my credit card plus additional fees They have not provided me with service in fixing my laptop or optimizing my computer The iYogi tech support who supposed to remove all my malware and optimized my laptop was not done and falsely told me that my malware was removed and optimized The following day my computer would freeze up when I would try to go my school website or any website In other words, my laptop was non-operational I had no choice but to physically bring it to a service person that specialized in computer repairs [redacted] (service tech) said that there was large applications from iYogi installed on my computer causing it to malfunction even further; at the same time, a huge tool bar was added onto the desktop and numerous icons with igenni software was also installed I am awaiting a notarized letter from the service tech stating in detail the work he did in fixing my laptop after iYogi tech support damage it It was confirmed by [redacted] that NO malware was removed, no cleanup, my registry was not fixed and lastly no optimization done as promised by iYogi tech support When I tried calling iYogi on Monday, August ***, and spoke with a tech support who did not seem like he wanted to deal with my issue, he transferred me to another tech support person who did not speak English very well I related what I wanted done on my computer such as to optimize it further but the tech support was not listening instead he kept telling me that he will remove my antivirus software My antivirus software had nothing to do with what I was asking I communicated my dissatisfaction and yet nothing was resolved In conclusion, iYogi has breached the contract because no repairs was done or any service except installing applications on my laptop causing it to be in a much worse state I have lost all good faith in that company and would like all the monies charged on my account to be fully refunded I will forward the notarized letter from [redacted] once I receive it Sincerely, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com, We are offereing help from our elite group of techniciansIt doesn't get bigger than that and that too when the customer has already cancelled the servicesI am not sure what else can we do to make amends for what happenedAgain we would like to reiterate that WE DO NOT INSTALL any kind of malicious software or entries into the customer's computerThat would be jeopardizing our own business and no one is stupid enough to do thatIf some settings have got changed on the computer it happened inadvertently,nothing was done on purpose and we have already apologized for that We want to help but we can only help if people want to get helpRequest the Revdex.com to consider the above mentioned points seriously and close this case accordingly Thanks iYogi

Dear Revdex.com, Thanks for notifying us of thisTo set the record straight here we have absolutely no problems in refunding the customer's moneyIt's her money and if she doesn't like the services she gets it backHowever instead of calling us and asking for a refund, she at first called her bank and disputed the charge, so now the whole payment lies in a suspended state which is what happens when anyone disputes a charge with his or her bankSo now it doesn't puts us in a position to refund the money because the bank has put a hold on itSo we advise the customer to contact the bank, ask them to sort it from their end and then notify us about itOnce we get a clearance , we would be in a position to process the refund We have a 100% refund policy and we always adhere to it Thanks iYogi

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: There has been no attempt from Iyogi to contact me in regards to this complaint I dialed the phone number given on the website, it was clearly stated that the call would be recorded, they should have my phone number as well, and as of this day 12-*-14, there has been no attempt from iyogi to contact me I do have an answering machine at my residenceAgain iyogi has made no attempt to contact me In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
