Iyogi called me to make good of a poor situation[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for notifying us of this complaintWith regards to this case we would like to clear a few things hereFirstly the emails that we send to our customers are auto generated ones and they do not contain any malicious content which will cause harm to the computerThe emails are mostly regarding the working of Windows ( the OS) of the computerThe customer does not need to worry about his computer getting infectedwe have though made sure that he does not receive any emails from now on Secondly [redacted] is an active customer of iYogi and if he has any complaint regarding our services or needs any technical help , he can call us and discuss it with us by dialling Toll Free [redacted] ***We are sure we will come to a solution to all the problems ( Tech & non Tech) that he puts forwardWe are here to help and it would be a pleasure doing so with [redacted] Thanks Regards [redacted] ***

Hello I used IYOGI which has its address at 291 broad way new York as tech support. but they use high pressure sales and sell unnecessary products. I think they put malware on my computer and they called everyday for a week saying my computer was down. Others to have filed complaints .
