After delivery of furniture we noticed issue with arms on sideafter several attempts to contact and set up appointment for repair with Antonio who we were told was the one to handle warranty issueFinally set up appointment weeks later, when they looked at issue he stated it was a factory defect, he took pictures and stated Antonio would be getting ahold of usAnother weeks went by and nothing so I contacted Antonio he stated he didn't no of any problem did have pictures and new nothingHe said he would contact repair guy and call me backweek later nothing so contact Antonio again and he said he would have repair guy call me, so I said what for when they already stated it was factory defect, He then said he would look at issue himself and set appointment for pm on Monday, when pm came around and no Antonio I calledAntonio answered and I said a call would have been nice if he could not make appointment, and he didn't no what I was talking about, then stated he would b

I went to the store, the manager showed me more tables which were poor quality and mismatch againI tried to resolve the issue and told the manager that -1) Side tables are not sturdy and I see couple of scratches on the tableHowever please fix them and send themSince I had to wait for such a long time and still not getting what I asked for, please let me know what kind of discount you can offer on these low quality stuff which I did not plan to buy as per the deal.2) Manager was happy that we are heading in a direction to resolve the issue and told me that he would talk to his manager and let me know if they want to offer 0%, 10%, 50% or 100% discount? I am still waiting for the call.? 3) Regarding the statement that the manager made about placing the order times or times, I do not careIf I am planning to buy oranges and paying for oranges, I need orangesIf someone sends me bananas times, I have no other option to reject the shipment and send the bananas backI hope that makes it easy to understand.? My experience with the Jr furniture store in hillsboroIt's been a nightmare I never got my furniture I order and and at the end they brought me a display one and all broken with out telling meSo I didn't took it and I ask for my money back and it's been weeks and still no money backI call the store and they say I was suppose to get a check by mailBut at first they said they will reverse it to my debit card Until now noting is back on my card or anything by mailVery frustrating

There was a dye-lot issue with the set not matching from the first deliveryWe did rectify the issue and delivered a new matching set to the customers home in the color they had wantedThe sofa/loveseat delivered the 2nd time did not come from our floor displayThere is no further discount we can offer

Sorry we can not take back an item that was special order, we simply cannot take it back the customers responsibility to measure the space the item or items need to be placed before purchasing

I purchased a sofa 1/2/from JR Furniture and financed with ZibbyThe 1st issue was it took a few weeks to get the sofaThe 2nd issue was the delivery process they fell though on delivering it times witch cause me to miss time from workOn the 3rd time the delivery was super UN professional and I received a damaged productEvery time I have contact the store by phone I get super rude people who say they can’t help me and a manager will call me back but no one ever calls backThe loan company Zibby advised me to not make payments on the sofa until the issue is resolved however the account is becoming very past dueThe 2nd delivery again was very UN professional and they showed up un-announcedAgain the 2nd sofa was damaged not as bad as the 1st but still damaged and it took them a little over a week to get the 2nd sofa outNow for over a month Zibby and I have been trying to get in contact with the store to get a return/refund processed or a discount on the damaged product
