We bought two sofas from the Tukwila store December 9th, We were told that they would be ready to pick up at their Lynwood store the following Saturday the 15th We called before we went to get them and were informed that they were not there yet, but could arranged delivery on the 19th, at their expense The 19th came and went, no call, nothing I stopped by the Tukwila store on Friday the 21st, talked to both Sonia who was the salesperson and the manager Paul, who guaranteed my that they were being delivered as we spoke to the Lynwood store He said they thought we would get delivery later on Friday I called back two hours later and was told now that they were not on the truck after all, but would be delivered the next day before 3PM Finally, the delivery came, order was wrong as they delivered a sofa and a loveseat instead of two sofas that were ordered To top it off, the delivery guys just dropped it off in the driveway and left, no help to bring them in the house at all or even to unpack them from the cardboard boxes I am not sure how they sell anything

On March 28th I ordered a Stanton sectional and ChairI was told 6-weeks or probably around the 6th of MayAround May 1st, I called to check on the order and was told that the order had not been pushed through because the fabric for the chair(different from the fabric on the couch) had been on back orderNo one called us about this and we were completely in the dark until WE CALLED THEMWe tell them to push the couch through and we will wait longer for the chairThey say around May 18th for the couchWe did not receive the couch until May 28th and only after several callsThen we finally receive the chair on June 11th except without the pillows of the same fabric as the chairWe were not told the pillows were not being delivered when delivery was set up the night beforeI call after the chair is delivered and I'm told the fabric is on back order again and that we were told that the night beforeWe certainly were not told that! I contacted Stanton(who will be getting there o

Ordered mattress set and paid in advanceSix days later I received call to pick upI rented trailer and disposed of old mattress and went to pick up the new oneI signed for pick up and backed up to loading dock and dock hand and I loaded new mattress in trailerI informed him I had also ordered a box spring, and he told me I had notI stated I did and he told me it was not his department and walked offI went to the front counter again and told the sales rep on duty that I was short a box spring and we needed to figure out what had happenedShe told me I had ordered a mattress only, and I disagreed telling her that I had worked with another person and had been assured that I was getting both pieces that I neededI asked to speak to the manager and was told he was goneI asked for a corporate contact and she refusedI ended up paying for a new box spring that they had in stock because I needed oneAfter paying, she told me I needed to sign the pick up for stating that I acce

Again, since it was picked up the first time it must be picked up the second time or they can pay the outside delivery crew to deliver/pick up the replacement for the $fee

To whom it may concernOur Company is willing to order the parts for the Stanton SectionalIf the customer is able to provide pictures that were asked for we can get this startedThe warranty on the mattress: the customer will need to go to the Simmons Website and file a claimJR Furniture does not carry the warranty for the mattressAccording to our records we have not received any emails from this customerPlease let us know what the issues are regarding the Stanton Sectional

The customer purchased this product in July of We are now in Novof The purchase is one year and four months old It states in the policy paperwork that was signed at time of purchase that we do not do refunds No where on any of the paperwork does it say that we will deliver to this customer It states that the customer will pick up from the Lakewood store We have never and will never deliver to Eastern Washington That is not a service that we offer At this time, and because the purchase is so old, the customer must either pick up the product or lose her deposits

The General Manager, which helped the salesperson write up the order, the chest was not part of the order The sales tag on the furniture say's 4-pc set which included the bed, dresser, nightstand, & mirror The customer signed two different sales order forms, neither one has the chest on the paperwork

I purchased furniture in the evening of August 6, and verbally cancelled August I cancelled within the three business days, I spoke with the representative and clearly told him to cancel my order on August via phone The delivery was not scheduled until August I have called to speak with the Manager Paul but he has been either with a customer or not availableThe option of reselecting was considered but for fewer items it was more expensive This company is charging me a restocking fee and a cancellation fee of $ With personal medical issues with my spouse, I have been unable to go to the store I’m their returning customer and I’m surprised they are charging $for a cancellation/restocking fee when I cancelled within the three days I disagree and I am disputing this amount I would like a clear copy of the purchase agreement showing my signature and date

We purchase the couch June 14th of last year, we've had issues with the couch and have emailed the company about our concernsThey have had a technician come and look at the couch and explained that it is for the couch to feel that way, I understand his argument and had him compare the two different couches and obviously there is a difference, sitting on the couch and feeling the wood frame is not normalIf I wanted to feel the wood frame I would have bought a wood couch.His explanation it's and if he had it replaced he would be firedPaying for a couch over $2, just does not make senseI even paid for an extended warrantyI can understand if the couch is a couple of years old, it's not even a year old

This customer picked up their furniture which means they have to pick up the new and return the damaged? They were given a choice of three warehouses to pick up from, not just oneThe table is on order and the customer will be called when it comes in? They will then have to choose one of the three warehouses to pick/drop off up from? We do not cancel orders that have already been fulfilled

would not give even I just bought three leather sofas from JR Furniture in Hillsboro on 3rd March 2017, was told that they will deliver by 03/22/2017, the day came and there was a call saying that it will be delayed for another week, so I called the store and then talked with the Store Manager Antonio, He said that he is not able to help with the deliveryI told him to return the deposit backI called the Lady that I had dealt with and also called the corporate at GreshamThe next minute I get a call saying that they will deliver the next dayThe next day the furniture was delivered but found that they had delivered the floor modelI called the store and talked to the manager Antonio and he said that it was new and was opened in frontt of meI told him that it is not new as the head rest of the sofa was not working as I had checked when I visited the storeNext He calls me and says that he will deliver 04/10/2017, I was okay with itYesterday got called that they could not deliver as the consignment didn't came through but will make it on WednesdayWednesday came and they gave me a time of 2hrs windowThen again I got called and said that my furniture did not cameI Called and talked to the Guy called Jim or John in the store and He was so rude in talking to me saying that he has nothing to do with him or Antonio I strongly recommend that you run as far as possible and not shop there, they are a nightmareI have since complained to the Revdex.com and will continue to do so until I get some sort of satisfaction

On the original paperwork, which the customer signed, only the mattress and not the box-spring was sold to the customer When the customer came to pick up the mattress, he said that he ordered a box-springMichele then explained that he didn't pay for a box spring and that we would give him the maximum discount of 20% off During this time the warehouse man loaded up the boxspring into the customer vehicle The customer refused to sign the delivery slip and Michele told the W/H guy to unload the box spring At that time the customer took a swing at the W/H guy Though out the entire exchange the customer was swearing and cursing

All refunds that were due to the customer have been processed We can not and will not refund for the bunk bed The parts came in but before taking to the customer we decided to check them so no more problems would arise Upon inspection one of the pieces had damage on it That piece has been reordered and the customer will be called when that part comes in
