Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business has completely ignored to address the extreme rude and unprofessional behavior of the service technicianIt is very unfortunate that they have not even apologized for their technician's behaviorAlso, the problem with the sofa still exists, which the technician was not even willing to talk aboutThe technician did not have a convincing reason when I showed him the problem that exists with the sofaOn top of that the technician was very condescending and rudeAs a result I had to ask the technician to leave my house as I felt very uncomfortable with his presence at my homeThe sofa has problems and is within the warranty periodI think it is the manufacturing defect and cannot be fixedThis is the reason that JR Furniture is now avoiding to address the issueI would like that the sofa is returned with a full refund because I do not feel safe and comfortable dealing with this business anymore and do not want any of their personnel entering my homeI want full refund [redacted] ***?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not believe this is an amicable solution? The store manager wrote in her email that she was scheduling delivery? She obviously knew before writing that email that I had not paid for delivery? So lying is an approved practice? I believe the store should live up to what the store manager wrote, she should be the one paying the fee if she can't manage better than that not me? We are ? sorry about the length of time to resolve the repair issuesThis is leather match upholstery as stated in maufactour description in the attachmentWe do have parts on order for the repairs at this time but we are willing to issue a $credit to the customer and allow them to keep the furniture as it is now

I purchased Furniture prior to finalizing a deal on a house, the deal fell through and I purchased a different houseThey would not deliver to the house I ended up purchasing, because it was two miles out of their mi delivery distanceI then had to go pick up the furniture, when it came to refunding my delivery charge, they informed me they would not refund it immediately and that they would mail me out a checkThis was never told to me when I purchased the furniture originally, or when I called and talked to the manager about the delivery issueHe never informed me that I would have to wait to get the delivery fee refundedThey didn't have to wait to get their money, when I purchased it and gave them a delivery fee, they got it right awayBut according to them, they don't have a 'system' in place to refund me my moneyNow that I have gone through all this hassle, told them last week that I would be here this week to pick it upThey tell me they dont have it here! I got the run around from JR Furniture todaythey were suppose to deliver my paid couch set and never did after talking to them on the phone times being promised it would be here todayIt was scheduled but never showedThe first scheduled time was suppose to be between am and noonNever heard from them so I called and they changed the delivery time to between and pmbecause they say they made a mistake or typo on my phone #Again they didnt show in that time frame so I called again and they said they guarantee it will be here tonightNever received my furniture as I waited all day with their promises it would get hereThis was a scheduled delivery that never showedIts now 10:pmI talked to them days before delivery to confirm the day and timeTheres no excuse for such bad customer service

I purchased two productsa queen size mattress and sectional sofa from JR Furniture store in Tukwila, WAThe company advertised year warranty on a queen mattress (cost $639.19) and year warranty on the corner sectional sofa (total $2465.71)After months of use, both items developed faults - the mattress developed a bow (sagging mattress)The sectional sofa and it's top cushions (backrest) had deformed, have a wavy (not straight) shape on top and in addition, the sitting area also bacame saggy after months of use I contacted the JR Furniture store in Tukwila, WA four times over email (9/16/2017;/18/2017; 9/28/and 10/13/2017) and multiple times over the phoneI was able to talk to someone in the store who requested to send pictures as a proof, I sent detailed pictures of both products on 9/to show the products' faultsI called back and they requested additional pictures, which I sent from different angles on 9/I asked for replacement or refund due to adv

Bought couch, Sales Order [redacted] , in January with the Extended Warranty Couch was delivered 3/14/with damaged cushions I notified Veenita at JR Furniture, with pictures, on 3/15/ Warranty people have been unable to secure replacement cushions after attempts 1/months later and our couch is still not fixed

This customer had an issue with the sofa and we sent a technician out.? The technician said it couldn't be fixed and suggested we exchange the sofa.? That is exactly what we did.? ? ? Some months later the customer was having an issue with the new sofa.? We sent the technician back out.? He told me there was nothing wrong, so we closed the service report.? The customer called wanting to know when his new sofa was coming.? I explained that the technicians report indicated that everything was ok, but customer insisted there was an issue.? Conversation dictation with "Sam," Manager of Tukwilla.? I have also attached pictures that are located at the bottom of the email log.? ? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I already provided pictures 2x once on Sept 16th and second on Oct 13th and sent to the email address I was provided on 9/16/at [redacted] @gmail.comI followed up over the phone and over email several times to confirm the receipt and the company didn't follow upReplacing mattress on the sofa where we sit will not solve the full problem, as the top backrest cushions are not removable and cannot be replaced unless the full sofa is replaced.? I bought set of beds for my kids and the sales agents told me that everything in front of us was included and I repeated in front of my wife that everything is included she said yes then we finalized and process the financing paper work today when the delivery people came in my called me and told me that the order was missing one item from each order when I called them they denied that it was included

We have sent a factory authorized technician out twice to look at this at the customers request It is within factory standardsWe will not replace something that is within factory standards

In response to this claim the Manufacturers warranty does not cover wear on the furniture caused by useThe customer has already contacted the GBS warranty company and the claim was deniedOur company has told the customer we are unable to issue any credit for these items due to the fact the furniture issue is caused by use

I bought a custom sofa from JR Furniture & Mattress that is manufactured by Stanton sofasThis particular manufacturer, JR Furniture claims that it takes about to weeks to be built and ready for deliveryEight weeks go by, I don't hear from the store, so I callI ask them where is the sofa, they tell me that they do not know, that they need to contact the manufacturerJR Furniture calls me back saying that the manufacturer is having supply issues or something to that effect and that it's going to take another two weeksJuly 10th comes around, I do not hear from JR Furniture, so I call themSame story, that they do not know where it is and need to contact the manufacturerJr Furniture calls me back saying that it is going to be another to weeksAt this point they are giving me free deliveryI get a voicemail on August 7th that the furniture is at the store On the 9th August, I head to the store that afternoon to pay the other half that I oweI'm talking to

As stated on the invoice that was signed by the customer, all time frames are approximate Delays can happen with any manufacturer The customers product was delivered on 5/2/as promised at no charge to the customer

We are sorry that the extended year extended warranty is not covering the issueAnd the factory warranty is expired, but to go beyond that to try and? help out the customer we are going to send our service tech our to her home to repair best as possible

Again, since it was picked up the first time it must be picked up the second time or they can pay the outside delivery crew to deliver/pick up the replacement for the $fee

The customer was seen by technician Monday October 10thThe repair is complete
