I placed an order with JR furniture on Jan for furniture itemsThey have not yet delivered the items and not even responding to my phone callsI personally went to the show room and met their manager Antonio who is a very rude person to talk to and does not know even the basics of customer careI paid for the stuff moths ago and still have not received the pending itemsTheir after sales customer care is patheticI was told that the VP of the company will personally call me to address the issue but I did not receive any call

BEWARE!! I definitely do not recommend this place! I'd rather shop at *** or even go to [redacted] *** before I ever go to this furniture place in my lifeI had ordered a chest and was told it would be there within two week so I was ok with waitingThe two weeks past and I did not receive a phone callSo I decided to call, and was told that they had to check and I will get a call within the next minutesI waited, and when I received the phone call they told me that my chest was there and ready to pick upI wondered how long it had been there already and why they didn't call, but that didn't matter as long as it was hereMy husband and I picked up our chest on December 26th, very excited, because this item was for our nurseryOnce we got home and opened it within the next few hours the back leg was completely brokenI got very upset, because this is something they did before it was packed, but they packed it and gave it to us anywayI called the store very upset and Antonio which is the salesperson who helped us said well you can bring it back and we can reorder one and it will be here in weeksI can't wait another two week I was do any momentSo I told him that I can't wait again and that I would like a refundHe replied with "ok we can give you a store credit." First of all why would I want to shop again at this horrible store and second why should I get a store credit when this was their faultI told him I don't want a refund and I want my money back and he told me that he can't do that only the manager who's name is also AntonioI went in that same day to drop off the broken itemI was not given any form of proof that I had dropped off the chest so I asked Antonio to write on the receipt that it was dropped off and to sign, and he did My husband went back into the store on December 27th, and was told we will receive a refund within daysIt know has been two weeks since we were told we would get our refundOn January 8th, I called the Hillsboro store and was told the manager was a different locationSo I contacted the Hubbard store and was told he would call me back as soon as possibleI never received a phone call from him at allI had also previously called him the week before and never returned my call eitherI decided to call the Hillsboro store again to see if anyone can give me an update on my refundI was put on hold and Antonio who was the salesperson who helped us answered and said that they accepted and I should be getting it soon and he will give me a call back with an updateIt is now January 10th, still no refund and no phone call from themI will not let scam us or get away with thisI will keep calling them until they return my money back!

We shopped at JR Furniture in South Tacoma in 2014, for a new living room setWe applied for, and received, a credit line from WFFNB with a branded JR Furniture credit cardWhen we went back years later to purchase more furniture, now that the credit card was paid down significantly, they refused to accept the card, telling us it was not a credit card with a revolving credit line, but a physical representation of a loanStrange how their website, WFFNB, and my credit report all list it as a credit cardWe will never shop with this company again

I purchased a couch and a love seat from JR furniture the sales associate told me it was leather, it was delivered Tuesday Oct 4th at 2PmAfter checking the furniture its turns out not to be leatherI called the company they assured me it was leather but the tags attached to the furniture says different not leather I personally checked out the bottom of the couch & it is vinylI want to return and get refund but they told me no refundsthe terms of the sale say I have days? It has been less than hours

We ordered a chest 6/18/for delivery on 6/25/& were charged $on 6/6/25/the chest was delivered but appeared used & had deep scratches on top/edgeTherefore, we refused deliveryI called the store while the delivery team was still @ our home & spoke to sales rep, Ms C***She indicated she would have Joanne the customer service rep call on Monday 6/to arrange redelivery of a new chestWhen Joanne never called, I contacted herJoanne indicated she would call me on Tuesday when the shipments arrived in the warehouse to confirm stock/redelivery timeWhen I never heard from her, I called on 6/In this instance, she indicated "Honey, don't worry I am taking care of thisI'll have the new chest delivered on Saturday 7/2." I indicated we would be out of town for the 4th of JulyTherefore the chest needed to be delivered 7/9/Once again she agreed to call me the following week to confirm availability/delivery timeOn 7/@ 5:pm since n

I ordered a couch and chairI was told 4-weeksAt weeks I told to see how it was goingI was told that the fabric for the chair is back orderedNo one called to tell us that We are at weeks and we call againThey day the couch was leaving the assembly line and should be there in daysCall on the 4th day and now I'm being told I was given the wrong date and we are looking at another 3-weeks for a grand total of over weeks! I asked for my money back and they offered me a loner couchNo wayI demanded my money backThey said the process could take weeks! They also refused to give me the corporate office numberI want my money back now!

Jr furniture lied about couch and chair being leatherThey made of bonded leather and the coating is delaminating

The customer was charged a 20% restocking fee for the cancelation of the order as stated on the policy agreement that they signed We received the product for the customer the day after they ordered it and it has been sitting in our warehouse for them ever since The policy clearly states that all orders that are cancelled are subject to a 20% restock fee

They will not return or even exchange furnitures that are on promotionCustomer service lady is not customer friendlyWe needed to exchange/return two of the furnitures because one of them did not match the color with the office tableThe other furniture piece which was worth more than $did not fit our entrance area and now that cabinet impedes our entrance so much that I am forced to go through our garage...They cannot exchange or return because it was on the promotion and that it was a "Free" furnitureThey did not give us a warning about strict return/exchange policy before the purchase
