I tried to call and cancel my contract and dent the equipment back within the days allowedThis was after finding out that they lied to me on recording and would NOT give me a copy nor would they go and listen to iton recording they said over the term of my lease I would only pay around $3,totalI asked them several times to repeat it and they didI even asked for the total interest I would end up paying and they said around $1,200., and I repeated it back to them and he said CORRECT....I was told too bad because I signed the papers, which are in a way that you don't show the total unless you calculate it yourself, this is how the get away with FRAUDThey tell you one thing on the phone then change your paperworkWHO in their right mind with tons of available credit would agree to pay over times the value for the equipmenti did the lease, in hopes to drag out the depreciation and interest over time, but that was a mistakethen they say my card was denied for payment, FUNNY HOW OTHERS HAVE REPORTED THE SAME FRAUD ACTIVITIES, just so Timepayment can get you for even more moneythat card has a high limit and I only have this equipment being charged to it, FUNNYDo the math $6,Credit card and only payment of $pretty sure it was not declinedi will not accept any thing from this complaint unless they wish to refund all the *** *** charges and interest they wrongfully charged and lied abouti will not go away and stop spreading the word to all my screen printing community about this company and what they do unless they fix the issues period just remember how fast word travels now with social media

This is just crooked behavior from both your company and *** misrepresenting my only option to purchase a printerI see on the contract the monthly payment, and as I stated in my original email I don't understand why the total amount to be paid is not expressly stated and that the original amount finance is not stated as well

As stated within the terms and conditions section of the Lease Agreement, and in our previous response, TimePayment does not offer any warranties for the equipment, and is not responsible for servicing and/or repairs to the equipment As stated in the ”Maintenance” section, located on page 2, you are responsible for maintaining the equipment in good operating condition at your own expense, and TimePayment does not provide servicing of any kind Furthermore, this is an Equipment Lease for security equipment, and not an alarm monitoring agreementTimePayment does not bill you for any services, including monitoring, nor do we have knowledge of which monitoring company you useProblems with your service should be addressed with the service-provider TimePayment does not reimburse individuals for postal fees in the event that the individual elects to send mail to our company certified We have complied with your original request for the account to be closed and the credit bureaus to be notified of the error, and we have addressed your equipment-related concernsWe sincerely apologize that we cannot be of further assistance

TimePayment’s records indicate that you entered into a Consumer Equipment Lease Agreement on October 15, for months, for a base monthly amount of $50.97, for the leasing of security equipmentPlease note: this is an equipment lease agreement and does not include alarm monitoring services

Under the leasee name it has my LLC, not my nameSo although I signed for it and am representing it, I'm not itThe point of an LLC is to protect me personally from anything like thisAnd even if your contract attempts to alter that fact it isn't possible to do that because of what an LLC isTechnically the person liable for all of this is named evoLLLCIf this were to hold me personally liable, then my name would be on the agreement under name, not evoLLLC. last thing I would request you make note ofThey stated my agreement was for months at approx $a month, then they said my payoff amount was over If you were to do the math, X = I have made a few payments alreadyPlease tell me how this is possible that after making payments the payoff amount is higher than what the initial agreement was for. I really dont don't see how with this information you can say they are following all collection laws for every stateEspecially in regards to harassment.

We understand your stance on this issue, but do want to also let you know that we have contacted all companies involvedYou, Time Payment, ***, and ***We have left countless messages on any possible phone numbers we have as well as any that were given to us by all involvedWe are tired of asking for help when no one will assistWe tried to work with all involved and have done all that you all have suggested***, like you, cannot help, but at least they made an attempt to assist We have no other options, unless you can give us someone that you already work with thT can fix our systemThat is all we have been askingDo also note that we have contacted other alarm companies in our area, but they will not touch our system because it is not their equipmentThey want to replace your equipmentSince we are LOCKED into a contract with you, this causes us more issues What is your suggestion now? TimePayment would like to take this opportunity to address the concerns mentioned in your complaint, and better explain the terms of the contract that you have entered into with us As an initial matter, TimePayment would like to clarify that we do not engage in “verbal contracts”All terms
and conditions are laid-out, in writing, within the pages of our Lease Agreement After receiving and approving your credit application, TimePayment sent you a Non-Cancelable Commercial Equipment Lease Agreement (“Agreement”), via email, to review and sign on March 7, You signed the Agreement on the same day, and returned it to TimePayment for commencement Pursuant to page 2, paragraph (“End of Lease Term”), you had options at the conclusion of the requisite Lease TermIn essence, you could: (1) return the equipment to TimePayment in good condition, at your expense, (2) continue paying on a month-to-month rental basis under the existing terms, or (3) purchase the equipment by paying the fair market value, as quoted by TimePayment. As per the terms, if none of the options are exercised, the lease automatically extends on a month-to-month rental basis (option 2). During month-to-month rental, the account is billed on a monthly basis until the equipment is either purchased for the fair market value or returned. The Agreement is clear, the buyout on the contract (in order to keep the equipment) requires payment of the Fair Market Value, in addition to all monthly lease paymentsThere is no mention of a $buyout in the AgreementA copy of the Agreement is attached, for your review While we sincerely apologize for any misunderstandings related to the Lease Agreement, we can find no evidence to suggest that any representatives of TimePayment misrepresented the terms of the contractIf you have any documentation, correspondence, or other substantiating material to support this claim, then please provide it so that we may further investigate the matter
