The final payment was made through their portal on 7/14/ Attached I have included screen shots of the payment confirmation on 7/14/from Time Payments portal as well as a screen shot of the payment being subtracted from my bank on 7/18/for Time Payment The account has been satisfied!

We completely understand the roll TimePayment has in this contractWe also understand that the installer, *** Securities of the SE, sold the contract to TimePaymentWe have asked repeatedly to have TimePayment assist us in contacting not only *** Securities, but any other third party to have the equipment fixedSince our equipment has not worked for some time now, and the monitoring company is not actually monitoring said equipment because of it not working, we have contacted TimePayment several times only for assistanceWe believe *** Securities of the SE is no longer in businessWe have tried to have a third party come out, but because they did not install our equipment, they would not work on itThe third party only would fix their own equipment and could only suggest getting into a new contract with their companies Our hands are tied and we have made every attempt to work with TimePayment only to be ignored in our efforts time and time again All we have ever asked is to assist us in finding someone that already works with TimePayment, that wold be able to fix our equipment Each time we were told TimePayment would call back with some assistance, we would not get that call and the process would start over againWe have been working on this matter since April,

The documents were received by fraud department on 2/12/at 9:am, delivered via *** signature required delivery. I understand that it can take up to days for Time Payment Corp to make a decision but has taken them too long to even acknowledge that the case is being worked on. I had to call numerous times and leave several messages before anyone returned my call. The investigator was out of the office and no reference of that information was mentioned. It is not the fault of the investigator, it is the disorganization of this company and the lack of due diligence is evident that their business model is very poor. This company has done nothing thus far to revolve the problem and I certainly hope that they will finalize their investigation soon so the fraud can be removed from my record and my credit report.

TimePayment has had the opportunity to review the account referenced in your complaint, and it appears that you have spoken with several TimePayment representatives, regarding this matterAs has been previously explained - while we understand that you are experiencing issues with the security
equipment that is installed in your home, TimePayment has no right, title or interest in the equipment The contract that TimePayment bills you for each month is an Alarm Monitoring Agreement for security monitoring services, which are provided by a third-party company (*** Security d/b/a *** Monitoring)TimePayment did not provide the equipment that is installed in your home, nor do we own it On July 1, 2015, *** *** signed an Alarm Monitoring Agreement (copy attached, for your review) with a company called *** Security Systems of the SE, Inc(“***”)Pursuant to sections (“Term of Agreement”) and (“Indemnity/Waiver of Subrogation Rights; Assignments and Delegation”), *** had the right to assign their collection rights under the contract to another companyTimePayment took assignment of ***’s collection rights under the contract on July 7, Section specifically states that *** had the right to sell, transfer, encumber or assign its right, title and interest in the monthly monitoring service fees owed under the contract, to another companyIt further states that any company which takes assignment (TimePayment, in this case) may bill and collect the monthly monitoring service fees, but that the “Assignee” has no right, title or interest in the Communication Unit (the security system), nor does the Assignee have any service or maintenance obligations with regard to the security system, nor does the Assignee have any responsibility for the selection or satisfactory performance of the security system or alarm monitoring service To summarize, TimePayment’s only role in this transaction is to collect your monthly alarm service monitoring feeWe are not able to assist with any equipment or service-related issuesWe urge you to contact the original equipment vendor which installed the system in your home, or another third-party company in your area for assistanceWe apologize that we cannot be of further assistance in this matter

I want to reopen this matterIt is not satisfactorily used due to their answerI was in the hospital and unable to answer to their response last week They were called repeatedly after the man disabled the system The paperwork for the "new lease, and upgraded equipment" that the man brought with him was from TIMEPAYMENTSo their lease may give them many ways out of dealing with such fraudulent security companies that represent them, but I specifically called and called last year trying to get help because this man had the codes (from time payments equipment) they would not give me any type of reset codes or anything They wouldn't contact the company that they had bring this NEW PAPERWORK WITH THEIR NAME ON IT, when the man tried to force us to upgradeThey say it is non cancels me but they work with companies who try to force you into a new contract and new equipment when you are already under contract They had the phone number, the company name and the mans name all in my account as I had called half a dozen times and spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this matter with themTheir response is one of a company that is shady, and doesn't stand behind the companies that they send out misrepresenting them They do not care about the fact that for years I was a faithful paying customer and when I had a problem no one helped meYour Revdex.com gives them an a+ rating yet they have had over complaintsThis is disgracefulI want to reopen this complaint as I am also dealing with the Montana State attorney general because all paperwork on lease says for business *** *** *** and I signed as president yet they are trying to turn me into collections under my personal credit not my corporation Look into their reputation onlineThey say they are not in the security alarm company but online it says they KNOWINGLY participated in a security alarm scam with dozens of peopleThis company should not be allowed to do business
