I do not agreed with RushCard decision cause I have not receive my money back that was used with out my knowledge and approval to pay for a service that I do not own or ever had rushcard stated that I said that I said I had the card in my possession then stated that I never revived the card but that not true and not what I said at all I did have my card in possession and when I call end and may the claim the said they will close that card and send me out a new one after I call back to find out the statusOf my claim a few days later I told them I never receive my card and ask them if they could send my card to my mother house cause where I liveis a rooming home and there a lot of people renting rooms and anyone could have tooking my mail never my card was used to pay for [redacted] and if [redacted] said that them funds was return back to card and was not return back to [redacted] when rushcard sent me a notice saying no error had occur and my account will not be credit and case is close then where is my money if [redacted] dont have it to used rushcard you have to have funds on the card it not like a bank card that you can over draft my family add funds to my account if [redacted] return the money back to my card then where is my money at so rush card have funds that dont belong to them cause they did not pay $and reload my prepay card with funds that was uses with out my permission I just want my money back or am having my attorney to file a lawsuit on monday not just for the money that rushcard took but for me missing out on school pain and stress

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint When I filed the dispute, it was more than the [redacted] ***I disputed charges from a [redacted] , [redacted] , and a undisclosed ATM machineAll they mentioned was the dispute from the [redacted] ***, which shows proof that they didn't dispute everything that was unauthorized on my accountAlso, they closed my account at the end of March in the middle of a rebuttal because they decided that they wanted to follow their best interest, which is to not do anything at allFor them, it is acceptable for a person's card to be used by an unauthorized user and they do not want to give the missing funds backThis company is proof that they're incompetent and dishonest when it comes to the dispute and when it came to me actually recieving my cardIt's unacceptable that I wasn't able to access my money for an entire month because a company didn't do anything to help their "valued customer" Regards, [redacted] ***

Is there any update on my caseUnirush has been very unprofessionalThey are denying my fraud claims because I had shopped at [redacted] , there are a million [redacted] grocery stores through out the state so they see [redacted] and thinks it's the same as the one my card was used itI do travel between [redacted] and Indiana weekly but this is not a reason to deny my claimsThey have no documents as to proof that my signature is on those purchaseRight full a detailed investigate has to be done and obtain copies the receipt from the merchantAs mentioned previously my capital one card and my company business card were taken along with my unirush card and within a day of missing my card capital one and my company card Bank closed my card, issue a credit for the purchases this individual madeIt's been months plus of dealing with unirush I hope and pray you will be able to convince them to credit my account, I don't have the time to hire a lawyer to go after themThere are many complains same as mine on Google about this company.Thank you [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint The credit card company mentioned that I failed the verification questions Unfortunately, when speaking with ANY customer service agent, it is impossible to understand what the associates are saying Their accents are very heavy and I was constantly asking the gentleman to repeat the question The one question I had serious problems with was the question in which he asked me if one of the vehicles he was going to list was a vehicle that I own I couldn't understand if he said "owned" or "own" and when I asked him to clarify the question, he simply replied, "Yes." I answered the question for both potential questions and explained that I used to have [redacted] but presently I did not own a vehicle Once I realized his accent was a problem for the verification, I immediately asked for a supervisor to reissue a different set of verification questions and was told no Regards, [redacted] ***
