Unfortuntely we are not the one's that reports to bureau this is all computer generated If the account is deliquent or has a past due amount we have no control over how the customer's payI would be more than happy to help but at this point since this was all due thru the credit bureau there is nothing I can do they will have to call the credit bureau to see what can be doneThank you, Angie [redacted] Business Manager

Unfortunately I tried to help this customer I asked them to send a copy of the contract showing where we requested deductibles as of today I have not received anything They signed a legal binding contract for our in house program and we have certain requirements I will be more than happy to assist in helping the customer in any way I can but there are guidelines in our in house program.Thank you for your time and cooperation in this matter,Angie [redacted] Business Manager

I have been in contact with the customer and trying to get the issue resolved

Unfortunately we were no able to give the customer a full refund due to the fact he returned the vehicle damanaged We have several witness to verify that the vehicle was not given to him in this condition And the amount of money that was taken from him was not even enough to cover the
fees we assessed to repair the vehicle

I do not accept this responseThey are saying I gave them fraudulent information simply because I was not home when they came to pick up the *** so they are trying to say I don't live where I say I doI have a lease at my address with my name on it as well as mail and all of my belongings are thereI have all the proof I need to show where I resideWe can settle this in court because clearly it's still getting anywhereThe fact that they feel like it's okay to tell a person where to be at is crazy to meJust because I wasn't home means that I don't live there?

Another month has passed and I contacted the dealer Drive With Pride yesterday, I spoke with *** who told me the same thing they have said for the last monthsShe said she does not
have a title clerks (the same thing they said months ago when the initial delay happened) she said she "saw" my paperwork on the desk of the old *** *** but was unsure of the status, she took my number and said she would call me back in a few hoursAs expected she never called backAdditionally, I have not received any resolution, they still do not have a title for the vehicle and still have not provided me with a legal registration and tags, and title to my lenderI additionall received a letter from the lender asking me for the title because the dealer DriveWithPride has not provided them with a copyIt is illegal to sell a vehicle without a title and after waiting 5-months I think its fair to believe this dealer does not have a legal title, has not filed for any copies or bonded titles and needs to refund my money in full, close down and/or be finedMy next course of action to to contact a lawyer and the states attorney for additional assistance and our resolution if I do not receive closure at this time

Nothing haven't been done about my complaint! They contacted me about the invoice,I forwarded and I call *** this week and she said she can't get it approved!!!!!She will call me if they approved it!!!
