by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  
  I revecied my trade back from the dealership

Warranty was purchased. Problems started as stated on way home after picking up vehicle. Dealer was advised next day and stated he would take care of issue. Before vehicle was sent to be repaired by Mercedes as told, [redacted] stated they would take care of amount in excess of warranty.

I have contacted customer to make her aware that I am working on getting title sent to her... Thank you, Angie [redacted]Business Manager

I sent an email to her with all text messages from the Sales Rep and Sales Manager. It has now been more than 2 weeks, and I have not receiveda response from her. Angie has not responded to my email nor has she tried calling me.

I have contacted the customer to let her know her check is ready for pick up.  Unfortunately I have been out of the office due to medical problems.  But issue has been resolved. Thank you, [redacted]Business Manager

Unfortunately I tried to help this customer I asked them to send a copy of the contract showing where we requested 500 deductibles as of today I have not received anything.  They signed a legal binding contract for our in house program and we have certain requirements.  I will be more than...

Sent: Wednesday, May 18, 2016 9:20 AMTo: drteamSubject: Re: Revdex.com complaint id [redacted] I did speak with the gap company and they stated they would be sending me the back up with never happened...ms bellah did call me back and got someone she knew about cancellations and they told her that would have to look into it but stated they way she was explaining the situation I seemed she was not due a refund...she stated she would call me back and she never did so I thought the issue was resolved but if it has not I am willing to resolve the issue completely..and yes I had a person in my office handling all cancellations unfortunately she's no longer with the company and so that is why I am stuck with all these issues but I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused..Sincerely,Angie [redacted]
