the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I have been in contact with the dealer in regards to the repairs of my vehicleI've been there on different occasions hoping they would be done with my car as I was informed but it has not been fixed completely as of yetThere is still a vibration while driving the vehicleI am still in a loaner vehicle luckilyI went there today hoping to pick up the vehicle and it wasn't readyI'm still also waiting for the refund check as well as my car deal paperwork which I never received at closingI was informed that I would have to come back again on Wednesday, November 18th to pickup vehicle and hopefully it will be done at that timeI will never recommend this dealership to anyone because of the poor service I have been provided

I DID FINALLY
speak to Angie, who acted like it was someone else who messed up and she was just taking it over, yet it was always her myself and the finance company left the messages for She only answered the phone after I put in this complaint with Revdex.com Now, the GAP company and finance company had to both get on the phone with her at the same time because she was saying things that were not true, as to who was responsible for the $unused GAP They finally think they convinced her it was the dealership responsible for it and she said they would have a check within a week I called her today and left her a message to see if it has been mailed I am awaiting a return phone call

Marcelo *** has received a copy and notified me that he received a copy on March 28th...I have a confirmation number and he was supposed to forward this info to Angie and Cindy....I have yet to be contacted by either I can resend if she provides me with her fax number so she can receive it directly

I am in the process to getting approval for getting reimburse for the repairs

I am not satisfied with the response from Drive with PrideThe credit Bureau did not sell me a car therefore it is not their responsibility to report me as having a good pay history! If indeed the system at Drive with Pride is all done by computer, obviously they have a failed system to their customersThere id an error on the behalf of Drive with Pride at my expense and this is unacceptable to me! I want to have a good credit resolution

because Drive with Pride has continued to state they are "in the process of handling the matter", however, in over months we are no where closer to a resolution

I am trying to contact the customer to see what I can get resolved. Have called several times and left messages waiting on the customer to call back

In the process of getting this matter handled

We have already refunded the customer there down payment and the letter to the insurance company was already sent and the agent called to verify yesterday on 5-28-

On October 9, 2015 Angie called and said that she will authorize to place the money back into my accountShe also stated that she was unaware of the situation that had taken place until she received the complaint from Revdex.comI am very satisfied that she has agreed to do thatI gave her the digit code on the back of my card for her to place the funds backAngie also informed me that the people that handled my paperwork are no longer at Drive With PrideI am satisfied, thankful and blessed at this pointThank you so much

On October 8, I was contacted by Angie from the Business department of Drive With PrideShe informed me that I needed to let the Revdex.com know that she had in fact contacted meIf I had not filed the complaint they would have not contacted me, but because I have involved the Revdex.com with their unethical services now they want to return phone callsThey continue to say that there are no records of my receipt on file, but I also emailed them the same information that I emailed to you allThis has been since September 4, and no one has said anything about placing my money back into my account at Drive With PrideMy daughter and I have both been trying to talk to someone in the business office and no one would ever return callsI am glad that through the Revdex.com handling this situation that they felt the need to call me.Angie did in fact say that she would contact me on tomorrow 10/09/with an update after she stressed the importance of me making sure that I inform you that she called
