Unfortuntely we are not the one's that reports to bureau this is all computer generated.  If the account is deliquent or has a past due amount we have no control over how the customer's pay. I would be more than happy to help but at this point since this was all due thru the credit bureau...

in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I took the vehicle to a local muffler shop and had one installed and emailed the invoice to the business so they could cut me a check for the expense.

  I sent my contract via fax to the contact Marcelo [redacted] that following Monday March 28th . I have a confirmation and Marcelo verified that he had received my contract. Seems there is a communication issue between the employees at Drive with Pride.  They all work in the same office so I'm not sure what the issue is.  I have asked to speak with Angie she the day she claims to have spoke with me. I keep being told to leave a message.  She will not personally contact me and Allstate has spoke with her regarding them double charging me for insurance.
