At the time of purchase your merchandise came with warranties
The first warranty was directly through Jerome's Our warranty guarantees your merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects which are reported within the 1st year from the original delivery date
The one year warranty on your merchandise expired on October 27,
The 2nd warranty, which you opted to purchase, is a year warranty through a company called *** This warranty covers an array of one-time accidental stains and damages which occur in the residence
Unfortunately the issue which was reported in regards to the seams would not be covered by *** since it occurred over a period of time and not from a one-time incident
We do understand your frustration however you are currently 3-1/years out of our warranty to be able to report manufacturing defects
As a good faith gesture we can gladly provide free delivery on your next purchase (a value up to $89.99)
The above offer does not have an expiration date; you will simply need to provide the phone # on the account for the credit to be applied on your next purchase

In regards to the above complaint, I have been in correspondence with the consumer
Our final offer to try to alleviate the current claim is a $credit which can be used toward a future purchase.
The consumer's one year warranty with Jerome's expired on October 30, 2013. All manufacturing defects had to be reported prior to this date to be covered under our warranty for service and repairs
I do understand their frustration and the $credit in offer is over 50% of the consumers original cost for the Sofa and loveseat, which has been in the residence since October 30,
The credit does not have an expiration date and can be redeemed at any one of our showroom locations. As an additional offer I have waived the new delivery fee that would be associated with the new purchase
The above information has also been provided to the consumer and has been notated on their account with us

hear you have not received the five star service we are well known for throughout the furniture industry
After review of your account, I have confirmed the fire pit and the sofa are currently on back order. These items are currently estimated to be received in our Distribution Center the end of this month
I do understand the frustration. For the inconvenience I will refund $onto the Visa card on file and a $gift certificate will be mailed to the address on your order
Credit Card refunds can take up to business days to credit onto your account. The gift certificate can be redeemed at any one of our showroom locations
In regards to the patio set, since parts of the set is on back order, I can offer for you to reselect to something else
Should you wish to reselect on the patio set, we ask that the merchandise in your residence be in as new condition (besides the already reported issues). There will be no additional delivery charge and you would have full credit of what you originally paid for the patio set toward another set
The option for reselection is valid until July 2014. Once you have selected something else we would pithe patio set in your residence

The company gave me full assurance when I purchased the furniture that they would replace any defective piece within the first yearI purchased the furniture set in July and the dresser cracked in November which is within that yearAlso, I called the company to have another service representative assess the crack and other problems on the dresser againThe customer service representative told me January 5th would be the next time Jerome's could send a representativeI asked that they contact my daughter who has the furniture setCustomer service representative agreed to contact my daughter, which as of January 5th, they have not done this either and from their letter response to me, it sounds like they never intended to
This is another example of them not fulfilling their obligations to their customersBut after reviewing Jerome's Revdex.com report from other consumers, I'm not surprisedI am very disappointed with this companyIt seems they will tell you anything to get you to purchase their product knowing that they don't stand behind or mean what they say.Regards,*** ***

For this claim the consumer was contacted directly Customer originally had a package sku but then changed the living room set to another items

We still provided the discount on the lamps and the tables in the package are the same pricing
We will still honor the offer to return the lamps should the customer no longer wants the lamps in the residence The office is valid for one week and will expire on 8/21/
Should the consumer wish to return the lamps, we will offer a full refund and they would need to be returned to a store location closest to her
The consumer is also being provided a copy of her receipt to show the breakdown on the pricing for the individual items

in receiving your sofa, which was on back order.
With all merchandise that is on back order through the
manufacturer, we are provided an estimated time of arrival in which the
merchandise will arrive in our Distribution Center; this estimate is subject to
change at any time.
If there is a change to any of the information in regards
to the estimated date of arrival an e-mail is sent to you at the e-mail address
which was provided on your account
For your inconvenience we waived the initial delivery
charge, which would have been processed onto your account for delivery of the
sofa. This charge was waived in January
2014.
In regards to your inquiry on our Same Day Delivery service,
this delivery offer is advertised and is subject to the merchandise being

Onces again this company if you can call campany they offer so many things on tv but on reality they do not care obout customers I'm so disappointed I never thought after spending almost dlls was going to be a big issue they do not meet there promises I talk to *** *** assist which he did not it has been a quit long time since my first attempt to fix this issue with my sofa I told *** crearly call me on advance to make sure I'm hone the delivery guys call me outside my house this was at pm of Saturday agust and the went to do other delivery I waited hr and half for my sofa to be delevered finally whent to inspect my sofa to make sure was repair and they do no stuff my pillows appearly they do not do that even know they said that when I maid the purches so they return I tonces again and I don't have the other sofa they promise to lieve wile they fix my sofa this is unprofessional Jerome's lies on tv there personal lies to you so you spend your money after that they no longer care I whant my intiddle refund of my purches and my couch for all this liesi also check how many complaints this company and believe me I'm not the only unsatisfated customer this Cain of bussines should not be open and I hope this agency can stop this people they also said they do not gave nothing extra on the time of your purches because they focus on quality of they furniture hope the state legislate that all furniture bussines inform clearly how long will be the repairs

We will refund the difference in pricing of $onto the consumers Synchrony Finance (previously GE Financial)
The credit can take up to billing cycles to reflect on the bill. In the case the consumer has already paid off the finance account, Synchrony will issue a refund directly to the consumer
